I'm still enjoying this gambling the same as before but I've missed the people I've made friends on Primedice. I can't seem to remember any of people on chat, even moderators are different now.

Times change... it's normal.

I remember that they used to give a bonus for new registrations, without deposit. Do they still do it?
My account no longer works... I hope I haven't lost any money. Undecided
AFAIK there is no bonus like that again. They even removed the faucet on primedice because of faucet abuse. I remember ny faucet back then was around 3.5k sats / each claim. Didn't you ask support to recover your account?

There are some people who can double in this pay out  Roll Eyes. They seem to have bought 600-700 bitcoins in 2011. Although 700-800 bitcoins have nothing to do with this payout.  Grin

If you mean that having hundreds BTC can help to be always winning with martingale, you are wrong. "If I had a greater balance I would win" is  a well-known gambler's fallacy. Smiley

Wow, that's really a well disipcline gaming. ~

Yeah, also what I like PD for, is that while hunting you can compensate your losses by winning in a chat challenge. Just like today

I was given more than I managed to lose till that point. Smiley

I played a few years ago on this site. Are you still considering a good dice site?
I too have played on this site way back 2016 or 2017 and stop for a while due to personal reason. But still I came back unto playing on PD again last year and I can say that it is still a GREAT dice site. There are a lot of new things added and updated on the site.

Now, I'm only playing when I have spare coin just to relax out and try some luck.

I also play only when I have coins that I can afford to lose and when my mood is good enough to take the losses in a funny way. I desperately play casino games just to refresh my mind, and keep the bet sizes to least to save my bankroll for longer and even if I lose that all, I feel good as I just want to play during that quality gambling time. Wink

@Fredomago I used to play to beat my anxiety and over a period of time I ended up worsening it, and that’s when I realised that gambling funds to cure anxiety is a really bad idea, hence it’s refreshing to see that you’re relaxing while wagering your funds. Also currently due to the high fees I have reduced my gambling habits, but occasionally I do play dice to with my spare funds to keep the gambling thrill alive in me.

I just want to say that if you play you should use cheap coins TRX XRP or EOS if one day the price is high you will benefit from it through the rakeback program this only applies if your account has not reached the VIP level as happened to Dogecoin. If you have a wager of more than 2 million doge then your rakeback bonus is at least $ 300 based on DOGE current price

The thing with hunting 9900x is that you can be losing 50k-60k rolls in a row easily, and in some extreme cases it can be 100k rolls in a row without hitting it. Doubling your bet after 1k-2k losses in a row is a very dangerous strategy which can drain out your entire balance before you hit the target. Your friend was just lucky, and no way he can be used as a role model for other gamblers.

It's a big risk if you keep doubling up your bets while trying to hit that multiplier, though there are some gamblers who's willing to gamble and try their luck but not that many have that same level of capacity to take the risk, it's a huge amount and no one knows when luck will permits and hit you up.

I can understand them actually. It's very tempting to start doubling your bet after some point, to make all those previous losses being "not in vain". We all know that's a flawed way of thinking, but gamblers are known for being irrational from time to time. I do it sometimes myself, but my overall losses, even after hundreds tries, are less than $2. That's what important: do whatever you want, but calculate your possible losses in advance.

Wow, that's really a well disipcline gaming. If you have that capabilities and happened that you able to hit that big odds the money that will go to your pocket is very decent.

I was an aggressive gambler before but after losing a huge amount of money I learned my lesson.

Now, I'm only playing when I have spare coin just to relax out and try some luck.

Let use the term addicted gambler instead of stupid, I am sure many others reading this thread will have such an impulsive decision at some point in their gambling "career".  Cool
I also bet on high multipliers when I lose all my balance and I am left with some dust on the account so I try and hit something big, it never worked for me yet though. At times I claim my reloads and just burn them on big multipliers.

I was wondering if any such player had actually stopped midway and accepted losses and moved on. That person would have actually saved their skin and a lot more money than what they would have lost. But that is what gambling is, you have a chance to win but you may lose a lot of money trying to win it.
Accepting loss is actually the most important yet impossible thing for gamblers because as myself who bets, we just want to win what we have lost at the very least before we stop.

I would request primedice to add the option where we can see our total loss and profit stats, it used to be such a nice feature as it helped remain in control of how much loss we have already had. Contacting support for the stats is a very time-consuming and useless procedure.

Most compulsive gamblers will keep on gambling even if they win a lot and you have seen that in primedice and stake and they will not stop unless they burn everything and there are some who had the ability to stop while on top and stay away for a while and then return after sometime and even though that is rare we have seen users like that.

Some of these players get lucky like the one you mention. But many dont and this should be a lesson for those who are gambling everyday and spending money on EV- games.
I am not a compulsive gambler and whenever i win i do consider that as luck and i am not curious to bet on a daily basis.

I have a specific question on the site: connecting via Tor gives an error and on the url bar I see the following
Quote
?modal=restrictedRegion
I guess no Tor players allowed.
Probably to restrict the players who are trying to gamble there from prohibited countries because on primedice residents from certain countries are prohibited which can be found in their ToS.
These restrictions are not only on Primedice but other casinos also. These restrictions have to do with the licence of these casinos where certain countries are not covered, it is a well known area in gambling, which some people try to overcome by running VPNs but yh as pointed earlier this doesn't always work as some casinos security around this is tighter than others... Cant's always get away with the same trick

to what? Yeah, right, to winning just a bit more than $1. Smiley I gamble for fun, not to earn money with it.

Much better to treat it that way, as if you chase it with the big desire to win it over, you are really risking your funds.

Correct but there is no stupid person who would bet higher than 9900 bets with same bet amount. I ever seen a person betting on 9900x a lot, he will double his bet after he lose 1k-2k losses in a row, then he hit that. He did that multiple times on many different accounts on a gambling site, in the end, he cashed out approx 5 btc net profit from that hunting 9900x
