Right it is a small amount and you can only claim it with a zero account balance, but that is Stunna's policy. As Stunna said in https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.13305867, "The faucet is used as a way to test the site, people claiming for hours a day & not playing the 'real' version of the game were banned."

The lag in chat is due to the fact that a lot of members talk there at the same time, and hence too much of messages around the chatbox. I really hope they fix this as I too do not like to chat at PD now a days.

i get some lag issues too if i play with really small amounts of bitcoins, but when i deposit my own money the bets roll really fast, i hope i helped you to solve the issue
