Stunna dont trust people to run the customer service that is why their support is very bad but micro say they will add a new one and I think there is not much improvement . Too bad for them, a great dice site but lousy support as always, people always complaint about 2 thing in PD , 1 is when they lose, 2 is when they send email for support
i think IMHO that stunna need to trust someone if he want customer satisfied. I don't like to wait days before a response.
And i have read a lot of gripes about the support of pd, i think for the moment this is the only flaw of this site.
but customer satisfaction should be the most interesting for an entrepreneur in addition to their own profit
