I don't know if its done delibrately or not but the HH happens at such a time when most of the active users are offline, thus leading to PD gaining publicity and hype without loosing money.
It happens when Stunna or Ed is online idk why do u get the idea that there is not much people online this one happened in quite the peek hour.
As for muting im always for warning before mute. U need to show rules first coz some of new players have no idea what is against the rules.
I told new mods that they always need to show rules and a warning to read them before they mute. That needs to be done with no exception .
I like the way you mute people and your muting is very well justified, don't have any doubt bout that.
But still it happens like most of the regular people tend to miss the HH, and as they are regular they shouldn't be missing it but they do cause there is a time when those people are also unavailable and that's the time when HH take. IDK it can be a mere coincidence.
can you tell me please what was the special thing in that Happy Hour? it seems that was just an ordinary kind of advertising trick as i did not see anybody got bigger reward to get in time at Happy Hour.
Happy hour is equivalent to free money.
You get 10,000 satoshis which you can easily convert into 50,000 satoshis and accumulate it into other account(I hope that's allowed, correct me if its not). Then you can withdraw your winnings I've got more than 0.05BTC in previous year happy hours in PD2, its fun cause there are a lot of people playing and having fun. And who doesn't like free money with fun?
PD2 had the best happy hours; 60 second waiting times, simpler captchas, 10-20k satoshis, announcements on the forum, lower withdrawals, etc. Like you, I think I made about 0.05 BTC last year on PD2's happy hours.
The minimum withdrawal limit was changed a sometime ago from 50,000 to 100,000 satoshis. I'm not sure if the transfer limit has changed or not since I only use one account.
wow free money during this happy hour i missed that one i enter many times into my account at PD but i did not get notice about happy hour or may be that time i was sleeping cause of different time zone but hope next time will be there at time to get some free money.
They're typically announced on Facebook these days. There's no notice or anything on the site to inform you that there's a happy hour happening. The only difference is that the faucet amount is increased and the chat becomes more active.
What is happy hour?
Happy hour is a time period in which your faucet increases to 0.0001bTC, this is do e on random days and goes on for an hour. You can use your faucet like you always do but the layout from the faucet will be 0.0001 or higher.
Despite the name, happy hours can sometimes go on for a bit longer than one hour. I've seen ones that have gone on for over two hours. Once it begins, I think Stunna has to manually switch it off again.
The faucet amount is also a bit different for everyone. Mine was 11k satoshis and I think a few others got slightly different numbers.
EDIT: I think it increases by 10,000 satoshis. So if your standard faucet was 200 satoshis, then your happy hour faucet would be 10,200 satoshis.

Its not impossible to get such streak in a luck based gambling games. It could even reached 20+ if you are really on bad luck
That would be really bad luck:
Losing 1.4x 20 times would have a probability of 0.29^20 = 0.00000000002159670 = 0.000000002159670%.
Losing 1.5x 20 times would have a probability of 0.34^20 = 0.00000000042616555 = 0.000000042616555%.
Of course, that's just for 20 rolls though. Once you start making lots of rolls, your odds of encountering a losing streak will rise significantly higher.
