I am talking about newbie beggars. Its not the high levvel accounts that beg but its just the newbies who go begging crazy, and frankly speaking I don't have a problem with old members asking for some help in form of bitcoins, but the people who are new to the community and start begging are the ones who create a mess.
The only thing I have in mind for these people is an IP ban(beggars will be lazy to change IPs).
