Thought this project was already dead?

And if I remember correctly these privcoin guys sometime late 2019 got hacked and price crashed and there response was to issue new forked tokens and that was a red flag!
OP is talking about the mixer which was doing quite well until some months back when certain users started reporting transaction delays. They would work on the complaints but basing on recent accusations, looks like things are becoming worse.

Indeed, in this forum that platform has an account (you may try to reach him) https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/privcoin-1146453 although the account is not active anymore.
He has already tried to reach forum account but no luck since the account isn’t much active.
OP, I think you should post this issue on their ANN thread if you have not already. This may help you to gef their attention. They used to be trusted to me as well but the way you are referring, it seems selective scamming after gaining enough trust. By the way, you can try Chipmixer or blender.io, these are some good and trusted mixer.

I've been wacthing there are several threads against this platform and the problem is mostly same. Their bitcoin is stuck from the platform and their support isn't give anything. Indeed, in this forum that platform has an account (you may try to reach him) https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/privcoin-1146453 although the account is not active anymore. Seem like make an accusation on this board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 can be made as an option in order to many people there aware against it.

It seems they have some problems from time to time.
None of the claim has a proper proof of their claim, like this one. I know privcoin for a long time, although didn’t use but as far as I know they are a good mixer. However, It's possible to anyone do an exit scam. Since,  OP is not adding any proof, there is no chance of a scam accussation too. I know adding proof is not a good idea. But there's nothing much can be done too.

Used the service without any problems many times before.
Until the last time. My transaction has been stuck for 3 days at this moment.
Amount received but NOT forwarded to me.
I have sent 3 emails already before posting it. Trying to contact them through forums. And got NO answer.
It says "we aim to respond to all requests within 12 hours" but I'm waiting for more than 3 days.

Looks like admin disappeared for some reason or they have done an exit scam.
Please do not use PRIVCOIN.IO until resolving that issues if you don't want to loose your money.

It seems they have some problems from time to time. There are also few accusations against them, but all of them are locked without clear explanation is it problem solved. I don't see any flag or red tag on his profile, so it is possible that they positively resolve issue.

PRIVCOIN.IO | Scam? 1900$
PRIVCOIN.IO - Scam, PLEASE DO NOT USE PRIVCOIN

also, they have his ANN thread here  [ANN] ★★★★ PrivCoin.io - First ever multi crypto mixer (Bitcoin Inc) ★★★★
and Bitcointalk account: PrivCoin

If nothing happened, move this topic in scam accusation section and use Scam Report Format
