You are not the 1st person to have problems with b!z, around a month ago someone else claimed to have a similar issue, only that B!Z took the .25 and never delivered the script.
Hey there,
I need advice on what to do in this situation.
I am having a problem with user https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/bz-67815 who is Legendary and his name is b!z here online.
On July 31 I sent him 0.25 for the script he is selling online which is this one: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/myexchange-bitcoin-exchange-script-start-your-own-bitcoin-exchange-for-025-btc-308360
One day before sending the money to his address which is public here in the forum I messaged him saying I was going to send him the money I did on july 31th https://blockchain.info/tx/4d0f20dd70ea0c78eed28ed04c93eec3f676a487f3cb01d7dbd7f2ce50d0b6c4

Ok once I sent him the money 3-4 hs later I send him a message saying I talked to my legal assistant and he told me this is ilegal to do in my country so I decided to message him before he even sent me the script saying if he could refund me the money because I would have legal problems if putting that exchange online.
Never got a response back from him until one month later aprox he didnt even come online. After sending couple of messages he decided to reply to me saying that he would REFUND me only HALF of the money so 0.125 instead of my 0.25 I payed to him even passing that he didnt come online for one month and NEVER even tried to send me the script asap. I told him I WOULD accept 0.20 for refund even that he failed to communicate with me.
If he would sent me the script fast after I paid I wouldnt be eligible for a refund obviously but the situation is that today OCTOBER 6TH I didnt recieve a refund either the script he sells. Obviously I am only accepting refund from him and a complete one of my 0.25 BTC sent to him on JULY 31th.
Please if you know him let him know that I am waiting for a FULL REFUND of my 0.25 on my Wallet that he already has.
B!z if you are reading this lets resolve this fast since we know 0.25 is not worth an issue not for me and not for you.
