Just got a reply from umisoo, they will do their best to make miners working again and send out the compensation credit asap.

Please wait for their notice patiently, they are following up.

I have emailed back to get clarification on the "they will do their best to make miners working again". I have worked in DC's and down for 5+ days you would had to suffer a catastrophic failure off some sorts just short of a meteor striking the place and leaving a big ole crater. I have also emailed Umisoo again advising if they don't foresee being up in the next day or so just send me my miners. Anyone who hasn't contacted start emailing them at [email protected] they do still answer at least.

Mine have been down now for 5 days, you can still log in but you have to use the Umisoo log in the Bitmain no longer works.

This looks bad for all my S4s that have been down for 3 days now.

Looking for a response from Umisoo to determine what the issue is. Their service has been pretty solid up until now, so hopefully they're able to get things back online soon.

I received the same BS response from Umisoo. Still nothing, still down. Still cannot even access their web site beyond the login page. Looks very bad.

Also, before this week long outtage, Umisoo was losing hashrate for my hosted S4 miners all throughout March:

I think Umisoo might be going the way of Friedcat. Hopefully they will at least pack and send the miners back to us.

28 hours now, I hope they are not packing up and ready to run. This is the longest outage I've ever seen since the day I joined last Dec
Leased some hashrate @ 0.0099 from WH to continue my mining.

Yes, over 24 hours now. Notice on their page advises a temporary blackout. They obviously have a different idea of the meaning of temporary.
