Hello CEX.IO Team,

I sent 1.4 ETH from Bitstamp to CEX 12 days ago, and they never came to my account. I see now that the problem is in this stupid smart contract.

Anyway, please, can you resolve this?

Dear Madam, Sir,

I actually get the some problem, send money from bitstamp to Cex.io .. and nothing receive in my address ETH. They have to be added manually.

Can you solve this problem or send it to the right departement?!

hi, send from surbtc to CEX.IO 10 ethe, the operation is not reflected in my finances. In etherscan.io it appears as internal transaction, what happens? I need an answer.

I have the same problem, really weird CEX.io has to process ETH internal transactions manually...
Could you please take a look into it?
