Is there any way to solve this?

I also am having this same problem. If you could please look into the issue as soon as possible I would greatly appreciate it.

hi, send from surbtc to CEX.IO 10 ethe, the operation is not reflected in my finances. In etherscan.io it appears as internal transaction, what happens? I need an answer.

The problem arose because the transaction was carried out by smart contracts
