I want to jump in here. I've know Jeff_FrozenBit for quite some time. I have a personal relationship with him. You can trust what he says. No one knew about this scam he was pulling. However, FrozenBit's backend (domains and server) was all controlled by someone else on the team which makes the executive decision to remove Calvin much easier.
So what happened? How did he scam everyone and get away with it?
Well, from the start he made himself seem legit. He talked, he followed through with things he was saying, he got the team together. Everything. So any logical person would believe this is a real project. However...he "changed" his name a couple times (as previously stated) and has completely fallen off the grid. Then they went back to his profiles and discovered some new scam reports on him, he was considered a Bitcoin Scammer.
He is being pulled from the team. New adjustments are being made.
I know they are deeply sorry about everyone who has lost their donations and more.
I can assure you though that the project is being developed still. It's not stopping. It's too much of an opportunity. FrozenBit will continue.

New competition in the multisig wallet provider space is a good thing.
"Calvin", however, has made a number of fairly dubious claims, and that's left me, at least, feeling rather uncomfortable with FrozenBit.
It will be interesting to see how things progress from here. I think you'll have a tough time getting over the negative image he's left FrozenBit with, but for what little it's worth I wish you the best.
If I might offer a small bit of advice: the more open you are, the better. For example, even if you don't choose to open source all of your code (which is perfectly fine when it comes to the server-side code IMO), placing the code which you do decide to open source up on GitHub (or similar) earlier rather than later would be a good thing.

First of all I would like to ask, you mentioned that "not even you can take our bitcoins" how will this be, when one performs a transaction the keys would show up on your side, how can one be sure that you wouldn't steal the coins.
Second, you mentioned that user can make cold-storage wallets, but then again, one would need to enter the keys on the website to perform transactions, again it would risk the bitcoins being stolen by you or a hacker.

No private keys are required on the service, only public keys. However, you can do all generation through the service the AND project is opensource so you couldn't be more wrong and disinformed. I invite you to please read through the information provided, and if you have any questions please feel free to ask
Also another point is we do NOT have a central server, we are a direct line between you and the bitcoin network.

Green address is neither open-source, 2 of 3 and you don't control your own keys. This is something FrozenBit is making possible. Any transaction from greenaddress has to go through their server to get signed. We use push tx with PUBLIC KEYS ONLY and send directly through the bitcoin network. All generation is done user (client) side and we don't intervene with how or when you spend your money. Assuming you can pass the 2fa.
Also we're different because of how bare-boned we make multisig. Simplicity is how adoption occurs, we leave core functions in but hide them behind a nice interface.
So in recap, we give users more control, more transparency and TRUE 2 OF 3 MULTISIG instead of 2 of 2 P2SH
