A few months ago they said that after preparing the final sheet, they would prepare to distribute the tokens but so far i have not received any apprehension. However, their bounty group is still muted.
This is irresponsible on their part. Maybe they are legit but this due to bounty hunters are still one of the reason could be the price stagnant for few months already. The owner of next exchange simply delaying it to possibly avoid the payment in my opinion so maybe we could conclude that this is already included on hoax and fraud project. No investment has been done by the hunters but the effort should be well compensated. 
Sorry to hear that lvsca bro, but I suppose it is something that we are all used to, most of the times because of disrespectful bounty managers who end up not paying, but sometimes because the project itself turns a deaf ear too when the payment is claimed from them.
Now many changes occur when the bounty has ended, the team always covers their ears for various reasons, even in the thread it has been stated that the distribution has been determined after the bounty ends, but there are projects themselves that often deny what they have said.Sometimes we have to be more patient in dealing with situations like that and usually the hunters don't bother, even they wait a long time.
So the bounty distribution is full of twists and turns.

As far as I know they are legit project however this delay of payment is not good as my latest info they will soon distribute but until now there is no payment being done.

Sorry to hear that lvsca bro, but I suppose it is something that we are all used to, most of the times because of disrespectful bounty managers who end up not paying, but sometimes because the project itself turns a deaf ear too when the payment is claimed from them.
Hopefully, you may have created a useful thread that lasts in time, turning a bad experience into a good reference point for many members. Let's see how it unfolds.

Most of the bounty managers defend themselves with a disclaimer that they are not responsible for any delay in the payment because bounty team is in the control of distribution not the managers itself. So you can't accuse any manager if bounty team refuses to pay.
And this is common that even legit bounty takes 6 months or even a year to distribute the tokens after they list their tokens on any exchange.

Recently I have encountered another MAJOR issue for delaying the bounties which are ETH Gass fees. This is WAY WAY TOO HIGH since ICO/IEO/private sale or public sale or whatever they call it these days usually do not raises much but since they have launched the bounties/airdrop where they usually receive 5-10k participants, So sending tokens to these guys would cost them $5k+ in transaction FEES, So they usually delay the distribution so to avoid such outrageous fees.
In my opinion, this could be prevented
1. Client should mention beforehand In the bounty thread that there might be a possibility that they'll distribute the tokens when the gas fees will be less.
2. Post beforehand that IF hunters want tokens before the distribution date, can pay the transaction fees, and get their tokens.
We all know that Ethereum gas fee will remain high. As more and more transactions are carried out on ethereum network there is no possibility of low gas fee in the near future. So will this be an excuse for the team for not paying the bounty participants forever ? If any team makes this excuse, i think it time to raise red flag against them.

As annoying as it is to campaign for a project which refuses to make payment in the end is, one can see that the poster makes a research of non-payment before making allegations. I read this same kind of allegations against a project I'm currently campaigning for but the post was found misleading.

What do you do when a bounty manager gets the distribution funds from team but doesn't distribute to bounty hunters by saying how he or she is busy while no one knows his or her wallet which is holding the bounty hunters rewards and he or she use that fund to trade on exchange and then keeps delaying the distribution? Weird situation, huh?

You've already reached being a Sr. Member yet you still don't know the risks of dealing and participating in signature campaigns of bounty programs here in the forum? You should be aware that not all projects that runs a bounty ends up being successful as some can be legitimate but cannot reach their minimum quota for investment. Also, it is part of most campaign rules that the projects can often change their rules upon their choice and if payment from bounty is the thing that drives you here, I guess you'll find yourself wasting time on promoting projects that doesn't have any assurance of any outcome.
