There are always shortcomings, the candidates can be indecisive, can have a change of mind, an unfavourable environment etc. However, there are a few factors that can be noted during a recruitment process to avoid hiring the candidates who are not the best of all or someone who will potentially shift the job. The chances of recruiters missing out on the better candidates are high because of the tedious manual process. The current recruitment process is so sleazy that it risks the careers for job seekers.
Job consultancies add fuel to the fire by acting as an intermediate and slowing down the entire process. Over time, the number of these agencies increased and with that also increased the fees. So what is Prime Talent Chain doing about this?

To set parameters to select candidates
Employers / hiring managers become part of PTC by signing up on the platform. The Employer first declares the SKILL COMMUNITIES they want to access. For instance, a hiring manager wants to check details like candidate's name, qualification, skill set, experience, location, projects worked on, companies worked with, address, age, nationality, passport number, government identity proof number and other data points. PTC may elect to share only relevant 5-6 variables about candidates with PTC's ecosystem, such as name, skill set, experience and location, while avoiding demographic-related information such as the candidate’s race, age, and gender, that may be contributing to an unconscious bias during the hiring process.
