And very questionably that 4 legendary \ hero members with the same signature and avatars "stake.com" bump up this thread after site is up again.
This is PR. But black PR and I think that you have zero tolerance with bitcoin community.

Well, I do not understand what that means as we are new in this community. Maybe you can explain in more details so that we know what action to take?

Thank you

How many bitcoin players you get so far? Just wondering how many bitcoin players willing to tell their personal information on registration. Although you say you wont ask for KYC, but I'm sure many bitcoin players are still worrying about it because you ask too much personal information. Its been almost a month as well since you said that you were going to look into this case, but I dont see any changes so far. It seems that you wont change the registration form into more friendly form for crypto players.

This is an odd thing, an online gambling place that should be anynomous because it uses cryptocurrency but this gambling site requires that each player notify secret information that I think should be kept confidential. Like must include the country, telephone number or postcode and until now the OP has not provided an enlightenment why it requires each player to include that information.

Hello Caladonian, We are currently undergoing upgrade from our present feeds provider to a new one. All the issues you raised will be looked into and fixed as soon as we are through with this upgrades.

Thanks for that responds, looking forward for some adjustment as we knew crypto bettors still loves being anonymous, if they can create account without worrying that some issues will be raised against them after depositing or withdrawing their balance, most sports bettors loves to explore looking for much
better odds for their favorite games.

The site is up and running, the odds for NBA games is so tempting especially odds for overtime bets.

is this website still available for betting or not?

It's already up now, I didn't know they were down for awhile.
Maybe they are really interested in pursuing their goal, it's a very clean site and all the games that I like is available here.
I'm actually an NBA fanatic and bettor as well but I'm using a different Sportsbook.

Enjoy playing again, they're up now. Grin

Great answer, hopefully you can change some of the your policy to be more bettors friendly.
We have to preserved the anonymity since we are in the crypto space, people who choose to gamble using crypto are those who don't want to divulge their real identity, submitting your passport is such a big risk to a gambler, and if you just gambling with a small amount, I don't think it's worth it.

I can assure you the signup form will be simplified within a week from now.

I just visit the site and it seems that account activations still need a valid IDs as shown from the rules that in order to verify if players is alreaady in a legal age the site might ask for additional information, guess this one will hold more bitcoin gamblers to registered inside your house as they still wanted to enjoy gambling anonymously.

Aside from that, this one intrigues me "the client may be required in some circumstances to attach an electronic copy of a passport to the Documents section to confirm their identity"    will be waiting for some adjustment regarding to this it will help players/gamblers to fully understand the rules from
your house.

Best of luck to you on your launch. It's hard starting a sportsbook because of the trust issues, but you will get there. Best of luck!

Right now more gambling websites were available for usage with cryptocurrency acceptance. By this time it isn't that easy to get a large user network without proper promotion. You could try some form of promotions that could get you good user network. People prefer the top rated gambling websites which needs continued promotion.
Even top rated gambling sites hasn't stopped to promote their site to get more players and indeed new gambling sites have do more attempts to get new players and it's quite hard because mostly people don't dare to take risk by playing at new casinos and first of all new gambling sites should build their reputations gradually and it's not an easy task in the rapid growth of the gambling industry

Yah, there is a lot of gambling right now and maybe those gambling site who have a lot of players have good and more promotion so I think if you have plan to have a lot of players make a lot of advertisement to see the people what is good and different about your gambling site. Like what Op mentioned instant deposit that is good Because when I play to other I still wait atleast 1 confirmation.

Adding more gamblers to database of customers will bring more profit to traditional  gambling industry. There are some problems with payment providers which wants to implement their system with blockchain. Promoting some gambling sites that deserves is necessary but sometimes money talks in this industry without exception..
