Once again, do you have a license?
If you impose restrictions for some nationalities (France and USA as example) then you would only know that via a KYC check.
So until you really clarify the questions so many have raised and be clear about the terms in your website, for sure even if you are starting your site is to be avoided.

We do not require KYC to accept deposit or make payouts. We only ask for proof of identity in extreme situations where we suspect a customer has engaged in a fraudulent activity with our site. We are currently considering the option of going completely anonymous. If that is decided, we may simplify our signup form, update the terms, and make other changes to reflect and support complete anonymous betting. Right now, we do not require KYC to bet or be paid.

The previous post I made, asking if a gaming company could thrive without a license was purely to keep the conversations going, it has little to do with us. I recently acquired BetBank.com for $55,000 from Gambling Domain. Few thousands USD for Curacao license should be a super big deal.
I acknowledged we currently do not have everything but trust me, we will have all those and many more in months to come. We are here to stay.
