I would more agree if using the Islamic law that the death law so rapists will feel the deterrent effect to do that.
Now a days rap is a social disease. As a human being we should carry our rules and regulations. But some stupid people who want to get sex in his own way without permission some of innocent guys. It's totally wrong procedure and we call it rap. Rapist should take under the law and give him the highest punishment of the country as well.

Yes, I agree but my little heart is a little flicked.whether to die is actually enough to give deterrent effect to the perpetrators and sexual predators who are still roaming out there.
i think the punishment of rapist is only death sentence.if the rules is effective in every country ..one day rape case will be totally off..and the respect and honour of female will be back again in the society
They have to be seperated from society for at least 10 years. Depending on their behaviour in prison they might get another chance to reintegrate some day, they might... But only after paying for what they did and recognizing what they did is extremely wrong. If punishment on earth is not enough for what they deserve, I believe in the end there will be justice done by God.

i like the punishment of China it has the law of punishing the rapist straight away with a death sentence and in some scenarios, rapists are also punished by the mutilation of their genitals.
They should be sent to Russian prisons, they do not like rapists, they are raped, it seems to me an excellent punishment.
Russia is corrupt and anything can be purchased. If the criminal is having enough money, then he will be able to bribe the prison officials and may be able to enjoy a comfortable life inside the prisons. Why don't send him to the Louisiana State Penitentiary (Angola prison)?
In India for the past few years there are many rape incidents happen and there are no safely young women in this country. The rapists are not even punished and are left freely. I do not know how will the victims lead their life after such incident has happen in their life. In some countries, the rapists are let off freely if they marry the victim. In some countries, the rapists are given death sentence.

For me it depends, if the rapist only rape, I would sentenced you to life but if you rape someone and murdered your victim at thesame time, I would definitely kill you myself, if I was the leader though.

In our country, the punishment for the rapists is only in jail. They do not required death punishment .
I think it would end the rape by implementing the death penalty who will do the rape. Because the tapist will think of its consequences before he do it. You will rape a child or a girl just for a moment of lust? Think about yourself bro. I think this death penalty may lessen or stop the rape incedent.
