Life of a girl comes with so many hopes,smiles and a great value. Just think how many days have her parents suffer to make her happy. A girl's parents would do any thing to make her life success and to give her a great future. Suddenly some bastard comes and rape her. How many life has he destroyed? more than 3 lives. Girl, her mother and her her father. How could the law restore the effort they all spent on girl's life so far? It is impossible! The time, the effort, the money , the sacrifices can not be restored. So rapes must be stopped. To do that punishments should be given. Only punishment is death penalty.

Very good suggestion from you friend, But I think it's necessary that the victim undergo a counceling regarding that matter. Because of my own experience I have know victims who don't want to accept anything from suspect. They say they just remember bitter things when they get things from suspect because they remember them.

What happens when the woman makes up the rape claim?

Maybe she doesn't like the guy and wants to hurt him?

Maybe she regrets having sex?

Maybe she got pregnant and doesn't want her parents to think she had consensual sex?

Until we have a 100% way of proving a sexual assault, we can't do anything insane, like murdering or torturing people.

You have to get what you want your own way.

For me the best punishment for the criminals who commits rape is public execution either hanged to death or beheaded, i believe it gives justice to the victim and makes people think twice before committing such crime.

Maybe so, it's better a death penalty than humiliation. Punishemnt is needed, but to enjoy seeing others being humiliated is not good also. Doing this we would be turning ourselves into the same monter the raper is. This kind of people is dangerous and don't deserve a place in the society, they can attack once and once again without limits, also death penalty finishes the costs this prisioner would cost for the country.

I would agree if the family would pay the costs of the raper in the jail, but he would have to be operated anyway, that operation that removes the sexual instincts (but not mutilation).

Amputation of the penis may be a right punishment. It will prevent the rapist from taking part in further crimes once he is out of the jail (but there is no guarantee that he will not try to harm the girls in some other way). But I don't agree with the second part of your post. Most of these rapists are perverts and psychopaths. They will enjoy such punishments.

Do I imagine that an attacker ought to wed the casualty? No, that is madly idiotic and is recently going to prompt an unpleasant marriage. Do I figure they should me executed in some kind of way, yes I do. Would i be able to try and verge on pondering the most ideal route for these individuals to be killed, no that is not something that I've given much however to.
In spite of the fact that I do figure they should encounter some kind of agony with there death, however I figure I simply don't have the creative energy to have the capacity to gather something to that effect up. Hanging is great, however it sounds like one of the more obsolete ones with regards to advanced disciplines - we can improve the situation!

Marry the rapist, what the hell. Then he will just rape her over and over again. Its like multiple murder, its multiple rape. Hang in public is my choice base from your example once the victim is dead. But if the victim is alive, I would suggest to cut-off his penis in the public and lifetime imprisonment. That's it.

Yes, rape and other form of sexual assault are becoming very common these days in India and sometimes the victim is given the fault of being raped. Death penalty is not the solution for rape. If death penalty could act as a deterrent, then there would be no case of homicide or no case rape in Muslim countries. We have enough laws to punish rapist but the problem is not implementing them properly due to various factors like political pressure, caste system, money power, muscle power and so on. What is needed is fast track court to punish the accuse as fast as possible. In addition to it rehabilitation of both the victim and the accuse should be done, though separately. Having said that if the victim happens to be my near and dear, then no need for going to the court because I will just kill him Grin
