OP is inactive in the forum for one and a half months. I believe that the representative and promotional team of Puntcasino isn’t good enough to provide information to the users. Yesterday I had received a promotional message with $10 free chip, but I'm getting an error message when I tried to claim it.

i think you give free bonus $5 cash which can be used immediately, after i search it only applies to them and deposit, maybe you should give us a chance to try introduction in new site

Assuming that the casino owner is trying to protect themselves from slander and defamation, this is the wrong way to go about it. If they are truly concerned about protecting their reputation, then they should use the appropriate legal mechanisms. A false information posted on the Internet about them could be considered a form of libel or slander, and would be against the terms of service. However, under no circumstances should a casino owner use his power over the customers to try to suppress the free speech or to intimidate people to silence criticism.

Seeing all the demands of the casino as impressive fee collectors, it is very strong, then if the minimum withdrawal plus everything that has to be paid, if a person manages to make the money in the casino, he has to do much more than normal to being able to cover all those expenses, then that means that the casino behaves like an exchange, or like a broker that charges for everything that is done, it seems a bit exaggerated to me, but when compared to other casinos it is something they have Disadvantage, here people are not stupid, it is obvious that here they will hardly play because of those conditions, it is that those conditions are not good for the whales.

You also forget to mention the long period withdrawal will take before being processed, the team stated that the withdrawal will take x working days before arriving in your wallet, and also the part they mentioned about KYC and the minimum and maximum withdrawal as you already mentioned.
