After looking at the site, I see the payment methods are only from Btc, Bch, and Ltc. I don't have a problem with that, just asking why not include stable coins as a payment method? because I think it can make people more comfortable to start with.

You don't want us to rip you, but everything in your ToS says you want to rip us. You guys really need to sit back and rethink your strategy. Run an honest business and the community wouldn't get on your ass.

It seems that OP doesn't want to answer this question but I assume that they have launched another casino but failed or there are other problems
But unwittingly the statement can make the forum user wonder and assumed that they had previously run a scam casino , who knows

Well, you can't really blame the community for that. After all, you share the same name as another casino that has been promoted here before you, so it's easy to see why there might be confusion.

But let's get back to more important topics. If you really want to improve your business, I suggest that you consider the concerns raised by some community members about your unfair terms and conditions.

Take, for example, this point:

As I see it, this clause says you can publicize the user's identity and contact information whenever you want, for whatever reason, at your sole discretion. If a customer, for example, argues that your casino's operations are unfair or unlawful, you can retaliate by publishing their identity, along with any other details related to the case. This clause gives you carte blanche to do anything and everything with your customers' personal data, which I think is a bit too much power for any online casino to have, and completely contradicts the privacy policy you published here. It's a license to harass and intimidate your customers in the event of any dispute, and it's certainly not good for business. The second part of this clause says that you can share the data with any third party, including other casinos and affiliates. This is also a problem because it opens up your customers' data to companies that may not be trustworthy or ethical in their practices.

For this reason, I cannot recommend anyone to play at your casino until you remove or change this clause so that your customers know they have security and privacy of their personal data in the agreement.

Aside from the name similarity with punt.com, a lot is different between both casinos, but more clarity needs to be made punt casino may not have any relationship with punt.com but both share similar names and this will be highly confusing to players because some of them will mistake the two and even me when I first saw this thread I thought maybe punt.com ANN thread got deleted and the created another one but when I read through the thread I discovered both casinos has the different team and are run by different companies. We have to see how things go with this one since their major competitors are already established on this forum and have promoted their casino to gain the publicity needed and I hope punt casino will take similar actions to build their presence here too.

Welcome Punt Casino , but there are several questions you need to answered as well so better be active and responsive .

The terms is like a joke, this is the first time I hear a term where withdrawal is limited to 10x from the initial deposit. It means that even small players like me is prohibited to make big profit in this casino. This terms makes me wonder, how about the rest of our winning? Lets say I make a $100 deposit and I manage to win $2,000 but I can withdraw $1,000 only because of this terms. Where my other $1,000 goes? Will it be forfeited/deleted from my account? I dont understand how can they have such term. It does not make senses at all imho.

These terms are absolutely disgusting. No high roller will be visiting with terms like this. I would assume little to no bankroll? This way they can run like a ponzi?
