Seems like you haven't tested the withdrawal processing time of your own casino by making a withdrawal. FYI, I have made another withdrawal from Punt.com today, and it took 9 minutes to appear in the Blockchain. It means your casino sent the withdrawal amount to my address after 9 minutes. I know that how blockchain works. It is reasonable if the first withdrawal takes 10-15 minutes to send. But you can't address your withdrawal system as instant if every withdrawal takes 10-15 minutes to be sent. Punt.com doesn't show the withdrawal requesting time on the transaction page.

Yes, as far as I know and from my experience using several casinos, instant withdrawals are very fast and can even be processed and successful in just a few seconds after we make a withdrawal.

The true Instant is an automated withdrawal system where user makes a withdrawal and the fund will be sent automatically to the user's withdrawal address in a sec. But it sometimes makes some difficulties for the platform, for example, someone finds an exploit and he/she keeping withdraw until they notice it. If they confirm it manually in a minute or in max 5 minutes it's okay I think.
