I already had a small withdrawal with them and it took them exceptional 4 days to process 50 USD worth BTC.
Punt representative had said that the withdrawals are processed instantly. Based on my experience, the withdrawal takes a few minutes to be sent to the withdrawal address. I'm wondering why the withdrawal took 4 days in your case! Have you made the withdrawal by getting the balance from their twitter giveaway?I checked extensively with our team and we have no record of this happening.

Today out of a miss-click I stumbled upon this thread again and shockingly had to realize that I indeed made back then a mistake. I was referring to https://www.puntcasino.com NOT to your Casino https://punt.com/ Not only is the logos, name and colors surprisingly similar, but the provider of https://www.puntcasino.com also always use Punt only inside their communications.
I realize the topic is a bit old already and I just could have let it go but I feel horribly bad for my mistake and I feel Punt.com deserves clarification and as far as I can to make sure their reputation is not at risk regardless.
