Based on its purpose, I just want this thread to be a gateway for newbie who want to ask something related to their forum and account without having to open a new thread. When the appeal to read before posting is ignored, the hope is that this thread will function well for those who want to write.

In fact this thread is indicated to turn into a new battleground where people will blame each other. This proves that we all members of the bitcoin forum dont have to have the same perception and we dont always think it has to get a good response from the community.

Finally I decided to lock the thread so that this battlefield was no longer a place for anyone to ruin my enthusiasm in terms of helping others about things not yet known about the bitcoin forum. Sorry, I cant reach the destination on this thread and when the key is visible, I will try to do it somewhere else as usual. Thanks.

I have a very useful project for the greater community being built.   But you probably won't enjoy it.

Mining is now the same as battery production, for example.   You cannot make any difference in the market unless you build a gigafactory.  Why will people continue building projects that are losing money?

The future will revolve around
- projects that use the blockchain
- projects that promote the blockchain

That title seems accurate.  I for one am very interested to see how this will continue to play out, as the future of the bitcointalk trust system and likely the funds of ignorant new users here have been placed in the hands of these "prostitutes."

Campaigns it's not a main reason. Main reason is that is the easiest way to rank up. You don't need to learn anything about Bitcoin, cryptography, programming. Just find another "scammer" (day by day my suspicions, that some of scammer icos, ban evaders accounts and other can be creating by "forum hunters", become stronger and stronger), get merit and whoap whoap - next rank has arrived. It's about newbies.

About oldies, it's obvious that topics about reputation, dramas and other it's in fact like talking about politics - easy and you don't need to spend much time for that.

And yes, we will not see here anything that far beyond "mixers-casinos" area. If you have even small internet tea crypto shop, it's better to advertise it on youtube, google then on this forum. Google will not advertise ChipMixer or Bitsler, for obvious reasons.

Because the majority of the users in this community are poor financially and educationally. Both reasons fit. I doubt we'll see any useful projects here again. There aren't enough competence for that today.

this is a very useful button to filter out members we don't want to see and want to ignore.
But in addition to using the button, we can also use the "Report to Moderator" button to report threads or posts that have no benefit and questions that are only asked repeatedly, then the moderator will give the appropriate action.

Meta is indeed a place to ask general questions about accounts, forum statistics and other forum issues, but at least it is not dirtyed with questions that are not useful and are always repeated.

Thank you for the advice you gave, but I think this thread is already on the correct board because I only provide facilities for "newbie" who need answers without having to make other threads in meta and ask very basic questions. The meta board is a place where discussions about bitcoin forums and statistics related to it are located, so I dont think this thread is in the wrong place.

When the facilities are available, anyone as a forum user can encourage "newbie" in the right place and I will be very happy if you also participate and direct "newbie" here and lets both care about this. I remember one sentence from a teacher "do good even though it looks small in the eyes of others, because it could be that your effort will have a big impact one day".

In this Forum has thousands of members all over the world, some with long horns, short tails and long whips, There is nothing to stop them (beginners) from waving their tails here, that's why the Admin adds a button (ignore) to each member profile in this forum.

In general every beginner knows the rules of the existing bitcointalk forums: Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ, but whose name is human always likes to do silly / stupid things when he experiences, drunk, emotional and excessive stress.

Many cases are found and ask something in this Meta, with one-line words, which makes no sense, but if investigated, the beginner is: the seniors in this forum have more than two highest accounts, OP, don't need this topic to be too serious in responding to problems like that, nobody cares about it, let them do what they like.

If the OP feels something like that is disturbing the OP, the solution is: (Ignore) complete.

99.99% newbies never read the forum rules even. How can you expect a newbie knows there is a thread where they can ask question and get answer? He should not have any idea about this thread, and to know anything, he will create a new thread.

I think both of the reasons you give are correct  Most of the people who built bitcoin here have made a lot of money since bitcoin soared three years ago, of course, they became millionaires, no wonder they enjoy life in happiness  As for signature campaigns, it's part, I think. This forum is the best place to promote other projects, it is also the best place to make money, signature campaigns that require the number of posts per week, quality of content, beliefs, conversations. The fight erupted gradually around here, making it move in a different direction, not too many people are concerned about bitcoin development, but it does not mean that there are not, there are still a lot of useful works for this forum. What I and others should do here is "adaptive" 

Is that a mistake, sir? Since this is Meta, here is the right place to talk about forum stats. While talking about building Bitcoin, we have another board. By the way, I think people don't go from Bitcoin development. For example, people look very enthusiastic about Bitcoin upgrades.

It is a difficult question, sir. You must know that most projects made currently were just about instant profits. The developers don't really care about the quality of the projects but how to gain funds from investors with interesting offers or promotions.

Generally speaking, in the Meta section it's all about the merits. I started to call them the 'merits prostitutes'. It's the same in Beginners and Helps, it's badly infested

Crazy but you can actually find people who log daily but never or rarely talk about Bitcoin/blockchain. All they do is feeding dramas topics and 'blow job merits'

Why did a majority of the users in this community go from being about building on Bitcoin to being about forum stats?  Are signature campaigns the main reason, or did most of the users who built Bitcoin here become millionaires and move on with enjoying their lives?  Will we ever see real useful projects being built for the community here again, or is it all gambling and coin mixing from here on out?

The Meta board is opened to every rank in as much as you can make the relevant topic that is fitted for the Meta platform, moderators are very keen about META posts,I believe any beginner that make accurate post on Meta is not a novice on bitcoin. If your post is not approved to be on Meta it is moved to where it belongs. For instance this question of yours is probably fitted for begginers and help, it may be moved.

If this topic is intended to provide beginner guides and things some people still don't understand, why not put it here: Beginners & Help
People can also ask questions in Meta, but most of them are irrelevant to basic knowledge of this forum, you should consider to choose the most suitable section for the next time.

Can a newbie who wants to know the most basic things about forums create threads that only contain short questions in meta? Maybe I will get an answer from you between "YES" or "NO" because it depends on the level of questions asked.

However, I think that if a newbie continues to come to meta and ask short questions by making threads it will only make meta look less attractive to. Even though meta is a flexible place for newbie, but I think someone should provide facilities for them to ask questions about something that is still not understood about forums without having to make a thread. FAQ: Everything you need to know about forum 'activity, account ranks and merit so far this is a very useful thread for beginners who don't know how to rank, activity, and merit systems and are equipped with answers.

I hope this is a good idea for them so there are not many threads in the meta filled with easy and basic questions and they are welcome to ask the thread that has been provided. Look at some of the threads below made by newbie and in my opinion only a very basic question.

Based on its purpose, I hope this thread can be used by newbie to ask questions and get answers according to their wishes so that it will facilitate them in the learning process. Before I created this thread, I checked 1-10 pages in meta and did not find the same thread or I missed it. If you find the same thread as this in meta then I hope the moderator can delete this thread or I can also lock it.
