Why they ask you to deposit btc to redeem bch/bcc? How many btc you need to deposit and how many bcc/bch you will get? Just checked my inbox but I do not receive any similar email from qoinpro. Wondering, are you special user at qoinpro or is it just like a scam attempt? Have you checked the email clearly whether it is officially from qoinpro or not?

ok, it seems the best idea is to pass your accounts on to your kids. In 30+ years there could be enough coins to withdraw.

I've had an account on QoinPro for about 3 years.
When I started getting into cryptos I thought it would be a good way to start getting coins other than BTC.
But, I've only been able to withdraw 2 coins I think. Not because of any problem, just because the account balances with each coin are so low. With the minimum transaction fees you can't actually send any coins out for years.
Unless you start referring people. That's the only way the site is really worth it.
Other than that, it's a good service and I like the redesigned site.
Since I've never even tried to get referrals, I'll just put this here -
