Anyone else have Qora stuck on BTer now? =/
It would piss me off completly cause I had over 5% at one point. I actually think it's a stronger hint than it seems. I mean people were already making the link to BCNext Qora was clearly aware of it. And appart for. All the coincidences in their behaviour if you combine the combination of leaving a coin just like BCNext did AND making exactly 231 posts like BCNext then I guess the logical conclusion is that Qora was definetly making a point even if he isn't BCNext. That logically seems clear or at least very likely.
I am not sure where people are getting their information from but the AT team (CIYAM Developers) did not create Burst and only help consult with that project (and I have not heard anything from @burstdev about working on Qora).
As for CIYAM Developers and Qora we will help out to try and make sure AT is actually implemented in the coin (as had been promised to the Qora community) but "taking it over" is not really our desire at all (as we have a lot of other things we are doing).

Speculation here but my take is that qora was originally paid by someone or a group to develop qora (as hinted in the above quote) and maybe as part of the deal the investors required his absence after a certain date without releasing part of the code.

I vote yes and you are right he would want his coin to carry on be a shame to see it fall with the other coins that get forgotten.

It's been the same way with Polo ever since the inception of qora (I wonder why?)
I wonder why Bter has never had an issue (that I'm aware of) yet Poloniex has repeatedly had issues. Is the problem perhaps not with Qora, but with Poloniex?
That was my thought exactly (Polo was the problem), but I don't really wanna speculate too much and create needless worries among Polo users.
Suffice to say, I had already given up on Polo a long time ago and switched to BTER and traded there exclusively.I've been with Qora since the beginning and I can tell you this -- Even the well-known scam exchange SHAREX ran smoothly (the deposit/withdrawal functions were flawless... always within minutes.. it's the same story with BTER too, always smooth
) But it's always the opposite with Polo, even though the issues always got resolved within days for me in the past (sometimes they had to bump the tickets up to Tristen).I honestly don't know what the story is with Polo, and I seriously doubt it's what they claimed to be. I simply don't buy their story.

They were able to fix their issue several times in the past, then it seems they simply gave up trying and passed it off as an issue with Qora.
However, they weren't exactly honest when it came to responding to muh support tickets, so it leaves me wondering whether Qora or Poloniex is responsible.
I am aware of the github report on their issue, but again ... why doesn't BTer have this issue and is it truly an issue with Qora?
Regarding Poloniex ... is there anything anyone else can do to get their wallet issues fixed so we can all withdraw/buy/sell?
I think first we need to wait for the AT team to come up with a new Wallet version and allow Qora to fork. That way, we can fix Poloniex's forking problem once for all.
