I was searching Halloween masks last night and came across this on the first page result of "Scary Halloween Masks" hahahah "Conch Shell"...

https://www.amazon.com/Creepy-Halloween-Masks-Latex-Costume/dp/B07THZCF86/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=scary+halloween+mask&qid=1569896887&sr=8-4

 BWAHHA - "Conch shell"

" ❤【Creepy & Funny Halloween Mask】- Novelty Halloween scary mask Masquerade costume cosplay Parties masks, it is a creepy but funny Animal Masks for adults and kids.
❤【High Quality Material】- Animal face Mask is made of a environmental and non-toxic latex mask, durable, good stretch, moderate thickness and not easily deformed.
❤【Fit Size】- It Halloween Mask size about 32 x 22 x 30cm/ 12.6 x 8.7 x 11.8 inches (L x W x H). One size fits most adults and kids head.
❤【Perfect Cosplay Costumes】- Mask animal great suitable for Masquerade Parties, Costume Parties, Carnival, Christmas, Easter, Halloween Cosplay Costumes Parties or any other parties. "

There you go Timmy, go show grandma your Christmas conch shell mask. Good thing its durable and wont stretch out, after all who wants an old stretched out deformed conch shell?

I actually LOLed at this. Not the figurative lol but a real heavy chuckle....

"Timmy, put this mask on"

"Why mom it looks funny"

"I'm sending you back to where you came from"

The reviews spell it out pretty well. Note none of them are verified purchases.

Scroll a little further down the page and this is there too... https://www.amazon.com/Funny-Halloween-Cosplay-Masquerade-Party/dp/B07TJYYZ6R/

I find it hard to imagine anyone is actually buying these things.

@eddie13

I'm with you on that. Figured it wasn't worth a ban of negative rep so I posted here first. Tasers just as bad as I imagine they'd be? I had a heart condition as a child which has since been corrected. Nothing serious but the thought of being electrocuted scares me as a result.

Anyway, will probably lock this up soon since I've received the answers I needed. Was nice to have high ranking members provide input on this instead of a bunch of noobs saying "yeah ok sure go ahead"

I, and I believe theymos, are in favor of more personal freedom than about any current government allows.. I believe I read a quote from theymos even praising the liberty provided by dark net marketplaces..

We should be encouraging everything the forum can get away with with it being under US law and wishing for more IMO.. We shouldn't be trying to be banning quite soft things like tasers just because it might hurt the feelings of those that favor more oppressive controls..

BTW I have been tasered a few times by friends with common cheap tasers, and twice in one night by the US police dog piling me, and still bear the burn scars from their serious taser devices (when I was younger and crazier, best abs workout ever)..
I am still absolutely in favor of the right for free citizens of the world to own tasers even after being subject to some of the hardest hits by them..

We should allow everything right up to the brink of the law this forum is forced to abide by..

That kind of falls under the category of some of the exceptions to the rules regarding buying/selling whatever is legal in your jurisdiction. Someone had asked a while ago about whether sexually explicit content was allowable to be sold between people of their country, where the age barrier was below the common 18 year mark. That one had to be turned down because it could potentially have repercussions. I've seen marijuana seeds for sale here before, but again I believe the actual grown product isn't allowed for similar reasons.

Content, as in video content should be fine, only in-person sexual services are prohibited regardless where the exchange would be to take place in due to US laws.

I don't remember theymos saying anything about grown cannabis products, have I missed something?

They seem to be legal in almost all States within the US so I stand corrected. if OP is thinking of selling them only to US customers I guess he is good to go.
On the other hand, tasers are not allowed to be carried by citizens in the EU. I took only Germany as an example as they set the standard of what you can or can not do. Even pepper spray is against the law in parts of the EU.

Not true, maybe they're illegal to be owned or carried somewhere, but there is no such EU-wide law. Germany sets the standard for Germany only. Most EU countries allow for ownership and carrying of pepper spray (and similar stuff) by regular people.

Sorry if you are not a personal fan of tasers but there is a market for them. After owning so many I have never been tased myself thankfully. The kind of situation where you don't want to use it unless you really have to.

Isn't it illegal to own guns in most of EU as well? Either way I didn't intend for this thread to go on this long but I'm happy I received the input I did. I'd rather cover all of my bases than post something prohibited and catch flak for it.

No, there is no EU country where it is illegal to own guns, and in some carrying is also legal. Some EU countries do have inane restrictions, as do some US states/territories/whatever.

@Pmalek

They aren't projectile tasers with hook. They are contact tasers with two nodes on them. Hand to hand defense weapon. There are regular old rectangular taser boxes and a few others. One looks like an iphone, another a stick of lipstick. Most of what I have are actual working flashlights that just so happen to be able to stun the hell out of someone at the same time.

Also, not that it matters.

https://www.amazon.com/Taser-22029-TASER-Professional-Series/dp/B01EXMKDIO/ref=sr_1_9?keywords=taser&qid=1569783143&sr=8-9

https://www.amazon.com/VIPERTEK-VTS-979-Billion-Rechargeable-Flashlight/dp/B01FH2Q8QK/ref=sr_1_8?keywords=taser&qid=1569783235&sr=8-8

Both the projectile and stun gun style tasers are available on Amazon. I think I can probably make the statement that nothing that is sold on Amazon would be banned from sale here. Their standards are much more strict because they are more accountable for what people sell on their platform.

Good way of thinking. I'll keep that in mind. Not say Amazon doesn't have questionable stuff. Not in the sense of legality but I was searching Halloween masks last night and came across this on the first page result of "Scary Halloween Masks" hahahah "Conch Shell"...

My tasers are for tobacco use only   Roll Eyes
Wait! Are we talking about the same thing here? Tasers aka stun guns?

...

What are tasers for tobacco?

In the USA there are many state and local level ordinances banning the sale of marijuana pipes and other paraphernalia. Businesses get around these restrictions by selling these items "for tobacco use only", as a result it has kind of turned into a joke over time. Similarly they get away with selling things like crack pipes in some areas by including a tiny plastic rose in a glass tube and pretending people are buying it for the fake flower and the tube is just packaging.

Bingo on the tobacco use only joke. I'm glad this post actually started a lively discussion on some of these rules.

Americans can legally own firearms that are capable of exploding an engine block from 2 miles away.

I know, I am well aware of that...

What are we trying to create here, a Silk Road type of marketplace! Fireams and marijuana, how about prostitution? It is legal in Germany and Austria so can we advertise them here as well and sell the services only to jurisdictions where it's allowed?

No offense to OP but I don't think this is the right place for such items even if they are allowed in certain jurisdictions. Just my personal opinion. It can draw in the wrong kind of prying eyes.

*edit*
Baby walkers are illegal in Canada for example, it would be strange to have to ban all items that may or may not be allowed in each country. Don't do anything to get yourself in trouble, and the forum doesn't care (with those few exceptions above).

No one has to give a fuck about your opinion.
You are absolutely right. Even though we might have different opinions on that particular subject I think we can both agree we wouldn't want to see a 'This Domain Has Been Seized' notification with an FBI logo in the background.

I assure you "the wrong kind of prying eyes" have plenty of other more interesting stuff to look at around here.
Not sure if they wouldn't be interested in weapons and marijuana sellers/buyers as well and the origin of them.

If that was a possibility I assure you Theymos would be all over it. I don't know where you are from, but it is obviously not the US. Here anyone over 18 can buy tazers in a gas station with a drivers license (just to check age) in most states. Americans can legally own firearms that are capable of exploding an engine block from 2 miles away. I assure you tazers are not even a blip on the LEO's radar.

Whoa nobody said anything about selling banned substances. My tasers are for tobacco use only   Roll Eyes

I'm going to have to go with TECSHARE on this one. The prying eyes are already here and I'd assume have much bigger fish to fry. I don't have anything for sale that would "Ross" this forum.

I did notice someone claiming to be selling CVVs the other day. That's going to draw some scrutiny. Post was reported.

And both parties involved in the sale would also have to show their license and prove they are from a jurisdiction that permits it's sale.

Prove it to who? A mod? I don't think so..

Listen to TECSHARE and OgNasty.. I think you're fine..

in my opinion tasers should be a prohibited item.

Why would you want tasers prohibited?

I'll take the words of wisdom. Thank you. Have a bunch of expandable batons and machetes to unload too. You know, normal human goods  Roll Eyes oh and lifestraws. Maybe I'll stick it in one large sale post.

Thanks for the input on this. All good information. I'll round 'em all up, get some good pictures, and go from there with it.

I wouldn't try a gun on here myself. Seems like you'd be asking for trouble doing that. To each his own though   Wink definitely support the freedom to do whatever the hell you want with your own property.

Every gun seller I have seen on this forum is obeying both state and federal laws requiring firearms be transferred to a federally licensed gun dealer per regulatory requirements. There is no reason they would be inviting trouble because they accept Bitcoin as payment as long as the law is being followed. I should add too, I have seen tasers for sale here in the past on multiple occasions, and there were no issues.

It makes sense.. as far as freedom and freedom of speech goes this is still a significantly better alternative to many major websites like ZuccBook. Just wanted to clarify some of those rules before I post something that gets me a ban.

I'm pretty sure you can't even list guns on ZuccBook. Same way Google no longer shows firearms in search results.

Edit - google shopping I should say. Who uses it anyway
