It's really difficult to quit gambling because our life is influenced by different factors and not only gambling. These factors can make us go to gambling and look at it as a way to forget our troubles, pretty much just like alcohol only in this area you don't get drunk. When we are sad from different things which happen in our life we look at gambling as a way to forget these troubles that is why it is extremely difficult to quit gambling for people for are used to it.

Goodluck quitting bro i've tried it many times but until now i am still gambling. Quitting in gambling is not really an easy thing to do. It is only easy to say. We can just say that it is easy to quit gambling by doing something else but i still keep playing everytime i get bored. It is really hard to quit when you already addicted to something.
Its not easy but you should try to let someone help you if its not possible to do it on your own, just ask a relative to help you.
Social control is the best thing that ever happened to me when I was addicted, I speak in experience.
Yes I agree, I think that its very good to talk with a relative that is near you and that is also trust worthy of course.
