Quitting a drug related addiction is never easy at all, I commend you for taking those steps, according to research the cold turkey symptoms will pass after a week or so but you have passed the initial worst stages now you are going to see how strong willed you are now, you are going to be tempted especially by your peers. All the best
The best thing about quitting any bad habit, is the moment when you overcome it.
The feeling of winning a war, war against yourself.
I've been smoking weed for a long time, and I have to say that I never had problems to make a long breaks.
Indeed, first two, sometimes even three days are tough, but not like OP have described it: my desire to smoke was really annoying, all I could do these days was thinking about having a fat blunt in my mouth but I didn't have any serious issues with my body luckily.
I really wish you luck with quitting skunk, bear in mind that the worst days have passed- now you can focus on repairing the damages that it has made to both your body and brain.
