You need to start staking RADS in official qt-wallet 1.5.1 (you can download Win client here - https://github.com/RadiumCore/radium-0.11/releases/download/1.5.1.0/radium-1.5.1.0.exe)

Basic Setup Guide here - https://radiumcore.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/BasicSetupGuide.pdf
So when you will run RADS staking, you need just be online 25-26 Jun to receive the increased fees.
It doesn't mean there will be more blocks or that the set reward changes, but the fee that comes with each block will be increased.
We can do that by paying a huge fee on a transaction and the Spread Fee Protocol will divide the fee over 1400 blocks.
It's a little new year's gift from the Radium Core team to show our appreciation to all you Radium stakers.
