Hello, all! - the help is needed for a newbie.
How can we choose the best bounty campaign manager?
Any rankings or records on the bounty campaigns performed in one place?
Or shall we examine our candidates one by one?

Any senior member or higher in this forum may become the campaign manager for you. as long as he has enough time to do his job well. Experience is what we get after work, so it's not a reason to refuse anyone.

This is absolutely not true when we are about to recruit a manager for our campaign. Almost every good manager have to be well ranked in this forum but this is not enough as he should provide a profile of his managed campaigns and the community feedback. BTT rank is not necessarily a sign of a good manager but it's better to show a green trust mark. As mentioned above, all the good managers are trustworthy with the perfect feedback (i suggest Irfan_pack as the best one doing this) and anybody can check their works before applying for a new project.

i read some good feedback on irfan_pak Smiley

Irfan is a good campaign manager and had a good feedback on running those campaigns he handle and I've been part of his several camps and so far I didn't get any problem regarding to may payments on his camp. And also Sylon is one of the biggest camp manager who handles a lot of ICO bounty camps which been manage well by him.

i have been looking at various threads on bounty manager and it seems the same names crop up pretty often. Which is a good thing!
however, as someone posted early, do you really need to have experiences to run a bounty? Or we need someone that's responsible, diligent??

You can choose someone that is responsible and diligent sure, and there are forum nuances and etiquette to consider. Bounty campaigns are just another form of community building and marketing, if you get someone that understands these things I believe tailoring each bounty uniquely to the campaign is optimal.

I prefer ylon because he always responds quickly to the complaints of participants, irfan pak a little slow, and he uses a bounty portal that is often an error. so far i wait jamal back to work.

There are many trusted campaign manager but some of them do not want to handle bounty campaign and it also depending on the availability of their time.
You can hire other user or higher ranked to run your campaign also it can helps to build trust to other users because there are lots of users want to have green trust for the good image of the account.
The question here then - how critical it is to hire a bounty campaign manager with lots of experience? I am not sure someone very new to that activity can manage the bounty campaign well Sad

If you want to choose the best manager, you should go the "bounty" thread and find some managers and then you should explore their last campaigns and it`s better to find any feedbackn about their work, or if you know someone who has already do "bounties" you can ask him to give you an advice. Good luck  Smiley

another thing i found out recently, some campaign manager ask for ETH/BTC but may consider part payment in the altcoins.
Out of this forum, there are "professional services" that takes a percentage of the ICO raised to do the marketing and campaign management. They will assign a dedicated campaign manager to assist

there are many here
Irfan
Yahoo
sylon
colorlesk

check Irfan https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/irfanpak10-350580

                              https://bountyportals.com/blogs

There is no selection criteria in selecting a bounty campaign manager because all are good as campaign managers. Among all the campaign mangers, I think yahoo has got the highest trust level and he is prompt and perfect in managing campaigns like counting the posts, issuing the payments without delays etc. But I don't think he will accept to manage a bounty campaign. I think Irfan is accepting bounty campaigns. Just contact him and see.

Yeah I agree that all of them are a good campaign managers, and yes yahoo is a good campaign manager and also sylon. Though I haven't been into their campaign, some of my friends always tell me they are good. So I look on their campaigns that is being manage, and I can tell they are really good. Maybe just avoid some who had a negative trust.

But I yet never seen a campaign manager with a negative trust.  Undecided

one way is to read up on all the bounty campaign threads and find out who's managing the campaign and how's the feedback from the community.

alternatively, read the thread, PM them individually.

How effective are bounty campaigns?
Quite effective I'd say. Many people are taking advantage of the opportunity to earn tokens for free and its a win-win for both users and developers because there's demand for the product's success and the rewarded users act out as a user-base from day one.

someone who does not have many project here  can be your bounty manager .
you should never choose someone  who manage 2 or 3  Ico at the same.

you can see the result with this guy , he is the bounty manager for cartaxi ,a real great success because he is managing one project.
