There is no criteria in selecting a bounty manager. Everyone can manage a signature campaign. The only thing that you have to check is his post quality. If his post quality is good, that means he is good in English. A bounty manager should be good in English. Then only he can check the post quality of signature campaign applicants.
You should choose which idea you like and which you see perspective. In ICO you invest your money, but in bounties you invest your time and sometimes time is more expensive than money - think about it.

I think you are wrong because their are no big or small managers, it is what they work and how they work and how much outcome of the bounty they are giving. if you check record of Yahoo62278 & Lutpin, then users will get involved on this campaign as they know that this two bounty managers are very good and the payment system and campaign will be secure and genuine without any partiality. That is why the users will also get involved in that project as this bounty managers dont advertise or get get involved in shady or scam projects. so if you get involved them to your bounty campaign then your project will get good exposure.

Any senior member or higher in this forum may become the campaign manager for you. as long as he has enough time to do his job well. Experience is what we get after work, so it's not a reason to refuse anyone.

Yes, I too would recommend him, no offence to other campaign managers.

Has anyone ever attempted (or managed) to create a master list of all the currently active campaign/bounty managers? Feels like this would be super usefull, in order to not have to manually search through a lot of threads (for both sides -> the client will find them easier, and the managers will get more clients).

To be honest, the rank does not directly affect the ability of a manager, but in part, it shows their experience at the forum. You need to see their capabilities, so check out the power of whoever works.

Make new thread and ask who will be a good boy to manage signature campaign for your bounty, I think good managers will post on thread also. There are good managers as time shows us. For example currently yahoo62278 is very professional in managing, mostly everyone has achieved success who hired yahoo, Luptin is good also, can say the same about Lauda. Loot at their campaigns, contact them and discuss in PM.

Among all the campaign mangers, I think yahoo has got the highest trust level and he is prompt and perfect in managing campaigns like counting the posts, issuing the payments without delays etc. But I don't think he will accept to manage a bounty campaign. I think Irfan is accepting bounty campaigns. Just contact him and see.

I have seen some managers manage lots of campaigns all at same time and that cause to suffer all campaign.
Managers are human too, they can't be online 24 hours. And they can't manage 6-7 campaign in 7-8 hours

You can examine or talk to them alone just message them with your desire of having a campaign and I think it will be only depending on their rates that you can avail but what's important is the quality of their work.
