How many different crypto wallets can the pi2 stake at once without running out of ram or other hardware issues?

StakeBox.com/FAQ has a list of the RAM requirements for a bunch of PoS Qt wallets. The RPi2 has 1GB of RAM, some needs to be reserved for the OS about 850MB can safely be consumed by other programs, i.e. crypto wallets.

stakebox.com is no longer online. anybody has a similar site to refer me?

Hello,

I just found this post and wondering if it possible to:
a) buy  Raspberry pi
b) install Windows 10 IoT
c) install windows10 PoS wallet
d) mine coins

Is it simple like that ?

EDIT: no its not, found the answer myself.

Check this:
Hi ENRG people,

We have the install procedure for RPI ready!
Steps I made:
1 Create txt file and copy pase the script code into that file.
Code:
wget --no-check-certificate https://www.dropbox.com/sh/mnibp0vrqdaw528/AAAs1E2tyGLem9gu12IdNYJTa/UbuntuMate.sh -O UbuntuMate.sh; chmod +x UbuntuMate.sh; ./UbuntuMate.sh
2 Put the txt with script on an USB
3 Put the USB into your RPI
4 Open file manager and start Terminal
5 Open Pluma editor
6 Goto USB with file manager and drop the txt with script into pluma editor
7 Copy the script line and paste into Terminal see picture

8 You have to give your passw in the script
9 add swap -> yes
10 remove old blockchain
11 wait for download and Unzip
12 ready and klick old EnergyCoin icon and then you see after 15-20 minutes your wallet:

I shall also try a fresh insetall but priority is that all users are using v1.6 blockchain before the fork!

Have a nice day,
Jan

I like Ethereum and Rimbit
Cheers for this thread - it is very helpful.  I am looking into the Pi wallets and have ordered the RimbitPi which comes pre-loaded (and with a fancy case too!) with a Rimbit wallet.  But I have been meaning to play around with an old Pi I have and see what can be done with it.  Coins that can run on Pi are so much more inclusive than those that require mining farms and nuclear generators!

had a 32 gb class 10 sd card , put i can´t copy thw image to my sd-card
What software did you use to install the image onto the card? It sounds like you may have skipped this mandatory step.
i use the win32 disk imager
What issue are you running into when installing the image?

Also you peaked my interest by stating the class of the card did you happen to buy it from Aliexpress, ebay or another online shop?

issue is , that i had enough space on the sdcard , i bought the card mobilephone shop
Well you should be formating the card when you burn an image, if the card is legitimate and truly has the 32gb storage you should have PLENTY of room and not issue. If you are not formating or it was a sketchy shop then you are running into your space issue.

So 2-4 depending on the coins, well really wish the pi had more ram now, I currently have been using a mini windows pc only 2gb of ram and running 6 wallets but it is more than double a pi 2.

I know there are some Pi alternatives that use PI images, maybe one has more ram and accepts this image.

Yeah, more RAM would be nice, but you can't beat the power consumption of RPi2s, and the price is right. For a more capable version of the StakeBox I am playing with an Odroid XU4, getting everything setup hope to release it in the next month or so.
