It is better if you will do your own analis. Read the idea of the project and whitepaper. I recently found one project called lccx.io - looks like promising exchange based in London. Well developed white paper, experienced team, located in politically stable jurisdiction.
Websites that give scores to icos aren't working like governmental organizations. They basically review under their private vision to be basic guide. Those don't mean icos will end up being successful.
Launching a coin to market after success is big deal in my opinion, it should be done as soon as possible for healthy price.

if the ico rating of a project will have a big effect on the price of coin sales in the market .. often seen many ico rating listed in every project .. the more its ico rating whether it will be higher the ico price after entering the market? .. is there a possibility coin is not in the market ??
In my experience most of the really good projects out there with high potential for good ROI are those without listings on ico directories.
I think it will slightly affect the price when it entered the market if the rating when the ICO is good, of course if the rating is good, automatic after entering the market will be directly hunted many people and the more people who buy so it will be very rare for such tokens and automatic selling price will also rise, so I think the current rating of ICO influences the price when it entered the market
It does not guarantee anything, it all depends on the team and the developer to develop their project to be real and make their token price keep increasing. Nor can we expect much to increase the token price drastically, the price will increase slowly, as long as it is not an ICO scam. 
I think thats not scam..but just a project is failed..like softcap minus sell..and minus investor..like a gambling if we joined ico personally i don't understand how the ICO rating site give the rating to and ICO project ?

Good day! I go to ICO rating sites to get some information on some ICOs. I also go there to look for upcoming ones. Yes getting a great ICO rating doesn't assure a projects success but it sure helps get investors. Very informative too.
to study the most information is much more profitable, and of course to take the results of ico company checks by different resources. based on the full picture of the circumstances of the case, You can make a certain choice, which will be much better than paying attention only to the company's rating.

Never ever just use and rely on one source in my option. The main rating you should rely on anyway is the one you make yourself

I think if the ICO has good ratings then the project will be more interesting for investors. But good assessments do not always guarantee that the project will be successful. Often, projects that have received good marks in the end are crooks and simply disappear with money.
