Especialy the majority of ico ratings are not reliable at all. The majority of them are getting paid to write a good rating for their icos. it should not be tolerated in any case.
In some crypto news already reported about this and that's why ico with high rating can be turned as another scam.

ICO rating does not guarantee the price, already many ICOs that have high ratings but have a low price in the market even I have found ICO that has a high ranking but that's just a scam.

Ico rating scores are not very important. We have seen a number of projects that have a low score but are very successful. or vice versa, as well as projects that were unable to raise money or scam.
So you should not trust the scores too much

There is not 100% sure rating of most ICOs. All rating websites have their own metrics. You will have to take a chance based upon high ratings from multiple places for better odds of success.

many ico projects that can launch in the market .. but very few ico success that price on ico presale after launcing to the coin market

if we hold the ico coin that is low price under presale.adakah later coin it can still rise or tend to be pegged price that much?
