Share the bounty to the miners through the pools
I know that is difficult but this would really make this coin worth a lot...It would be very easy to do as well - Just set it as a block bonus
Echo will not let us down though, I wouldn't worry about the pre-mine too much, we need a Windows wallet and the pre-mine will help this happen and much more!
