I started mining about an hour before it was scheduled to go live. I was on their github page for most of the day and watched them go threw code iterations. Once they got to about an hr before launch, I said no way they can change it anymore, so I decided to give it a try on my pool. Needless to say I was extremely shocked when I saw that 60k for the first block.
