Hello iCoin Community,

Per the discussion during the General Assembly on Saturday we have preserved all of Captain Hook's code at the new Github repository.

All commit history is also preserved.

The new Github repository is at https://github.com/icoin-project/icoin

There is a 'captainhooks' branch and a 'development' branch.
The short-term plan is to release a wallet with updated checkpoints and links to point to the newly acquired domains which will host our website.
This will go hand-in-hand with the 2015 branding and a logo design contest which Lord Piccolo will be speaking about over the next week.

The milestones down the road can be submitted as pull requests to either the development branch or the captainhooks branch depending on the implementation goals and will be committed in due course.

Presently, DiabloPool and myself possess Personal Tokens to the github repository and all development should occur in your personal fork and be submitted as a pull request.

Kind Regards,
-Chicago

Dear Nfigueir!

Sorry for delay! Please try one more time now.

Thank you!

The problem is e-mail length... I've tried to delete some chars out of it and it then complained about password.

Can someone with an account ask them to change the algo for e-mail validation?

Here are some ideas for them:

★YoBit.Net★
Dear Nfigueir!

Sorry for delay! Please try one more time now.

Thank you!

I guess YoBit.net does not want to have customers... was going to buy some coins but I cannot register an account because it always states that the e-mail in invalid.

Even if I try to submit a support ticket.. I guess their e-mail validator is a bit off.. they might be losing a significant amount of customers with this...

If they have basic registration problems like that then it makes me wonder how reliable their whole service is.

Out of curiosity, are you trying to register with a @hotmail.com or @gmail.com or @yahoo.com email address or some other private email address?

They validated my registration immediately when I signed up using my private email address although I have not tried any other registrations using the above 'free' email providers.

Kind Regards,
-Chicago

Sorry fellow miners . I have had some pc issues as I was trying to switch to linux without any knowledge of it and had to revert back to windows for my miners . I have now put my tiny gridseed (if it will stay running ) in the pool since the difficulty is to high for me to solo mine . Anything I earn in the pool goes to the donations .

Thank you very much Smiley

It's kind donations that will ensure we carry on and work hard. We dont have many funds as a team so these donations are crucial.

Well I couldn't get my gridseed to stay running so I put my fury on it and I'll be donating part of that instead . I just hope that the donations help it get going .
You can look in the pool and see I'm there (littleevil76) , Thats me . I will be getting another couple of fury's in the next couple 2-4 weeks for mining , hopefully sooner then later . then I'll be able to donate more . I just really hope this coin gains for us all .

I'm on Minerppols now, at least you can see whats happening. Great name for a coin as well, if its promoted right it will go far.

We'll be working hard to ensure iCoin is promoted when the time is right.

We still have a lot of work to do, but when we are ready, you'll know it for sure.

I don't like the not knowing, I am thinking of leaving this pool

I do apologize for the lack of stats. NOMP pools come with very little stats out of the box. That is why I'm working on a custom front end that will give you all the stats that you are used to with MPOS pools. I hope to have the new front end completed very soon.

Also, sorry it took me so long to respond. Our servers are in Atlanta and they had some problems (unrelated to the pool) last night. After having to reboot once, I stayed up late monitoring the situation until Atlanta's problems were over.

Thank you for your patience and thank you for mining DiabloPool.
