What is the chance that a medium size pool has 91% profitability in a given 52 week interval?
Can we have a number re such chance based on probabilities alone.

The majority of pools have data points balanced above and below the average.
There are two notable exceptions: Slush's and Eligius with both pools having much more data points below than above during the indicated period.
I did not count those data points that touch the average as drawn and there are 3/9 (three above and 9 below) for Slush's and 3/11 for Eligius.
This is quite different in comparison with Bitminer (12/8), Kano's (10/5) and Ghash (6/13).

Thanks for this list i am really confused why pools when one can mine solo?
To high hashrate to mine a block with regular equipment. You will get some coins on pools than in solo mining (but if you win - reward will be bigger).

Yes,unfortunately, not many of the larger pools do.
Right now, of the larger pools: F2Pool (but not in a format useful for HTML scraping) and AntPool
Medium sized pools: Slush, Kano, Eligius, GHash.IO, & BitMinter
Small pools: EclipseMC, BTCMP, BTCDig, MMPool
It seems to be something newer pools don't seem to bother about.
