I prefer Zakir over Muhammed when mentioning me!
Is he gone?

I think it is time to stop enrolling and promoting the scam and to delete from the table. Roll Eyes

Minimum posts: "Must Be An Active Member of BitcoinTalk"
Payments: 1 NastyPool lottery ticket per month
Miscellaneous:

PS - Moneypot campaign terms have changed for October.

This was posted from September 3 and updated today. It's unclear what the nastylotto ticket exactly is and I bet most people have no idea what the mentioned seats are. This doesn't look like a regular campaign, some clarification would be nice though.

=snip=

The prize for the lottery is a portion of funds that are held in the NastyPool holding address.  It is derived from the distributions of 250 NastyFans seats.  The lottery will be weekly once it goes into effect, but it is still being developed and will be implemented after we have our P2Pool NastyPPS payout system completed.

New deal. Bit confusing on what they're paying out. Seems a dollar value of either bitcoin or litecoin, but looks like a HYIP as well.

Looks eerily similar to cryptcominer.

I bet $100 they are the same guys behind the cryptcominer and Lunamine scams.

They didn't even bothered to change the terms a little. Or to change the business they said they get the money from

Seems like the scam syndicate found BTCTalk as their heaven

And IMO they have similiar signature designs too, same font, same size, same style

no longer selling accounts
I'm thinking of not adding any Ponzi/HYIP scheme's to my topic (and removing the one I have right now). I don't want to promote them and people might not even get paid for wearing their signature. It's, of course, their responsibility, but I feel bad for those that decide to join such a campaign and get nothing in return.

What do you guys think?
you could say the same thing about any campaign that doesn't use escrow. You also really don't know 100% that a ponzi is truly a ponzi until they either run away or show you their books (although common sense can give you a good idea of companies that are >99% a ponzi).

I would suggest changing the disclaimer to something along the lines that you think that payout is unlikely or that they are advertising a probably ponzi/scam. This would give more information then just that a campaign is having problems (which a campaign manager could potentially explain)

I think you should avoid trying to set yourself up as the morality police.  Part of the ethos of the bitcoin project is that people can and should take responsibility for their own money and what they do with it.

Personally, I think that if you really feel strongly, you could put an asterisk with your personal warning (or, some other symbol since asterisk is already taken but you know what I mean).  Any more than this starts to undermine your own credibility as the source for the overview of sig campaigns.  If people start to know that you don't list campaigns based on personal reasons, they'll start noticing that certain campaigns don't get listed, etc, and they'll start wondering what other personal motivations and filters you might be applying to the list.

Did cryptcominer scam? Hard to say whether you should or shouldn't include them. They usually end up scamming at some point and so do their signature payouts. Maybe include them with a warning/disclaimer or put them in their own section. If they use an escrow or have someone issue payments on their behalf it's not too bad, but you're still probably promoting a scam and this deal pays straight into your account so you're kinda relying on them in this instance.

Yes , I think your choice is good ... this type of sig. campaign should  not  be promoted here .

Campaigns like contel.tk, which are unlikely to pay out, should be the first ones to go.
But then again, you have flagged it with an *.
