If I understand that post right, lightlord doesn't close the 777coin campaign.
Instead, he simply no longer accept new participants to it and the 777coin campaign will keep going with the existing participants.
Sounds about right but that means that the 777coin campaign moves from the active campaigns to the CLFNP campaign list
In exchange though bitin.io is added to the active campaign list.
Since both 777Coin and bitin.io don't seem to be active at the same time according to what lightlord posted about it.
As for Primedice its effectively closed but its up to bitcoininfo to decide on that

Just updated and TBD on whether or not this list will be updated in the future. Nobody else will be allowed in though unless they are staff.
