I checked their spreadsheet and if you click on Round 3 tab you will probably notice that all spots are marked as senior members.
I think this time they have changed the slots.
Because in round 2 it was only 5 hero members participated.

Carra23 is - at the very least - one manager that heavily weeded out participants, same as ndnhc, zengryT, hilarious (was explicitly hired to manage and impove the low quality IIRC) and possibly others I forgot, like of course vervolioman. Good managers are hardly noticed, because everything runs without issue, which includes complaints about the participants to staff.
Not all managers are only after the quick cash, many are involved with the companies they campaign for and understand that its best for the company that their ads are below quality posts and not drivel.
