Well unless the campaign manager specifically agreed to cover payments, or is otherwise holding funds to cover payments to participants, then there is no reason for campaign managers to pay participants out of their own pockets. They responsibility extends to managing the campaign and that is it.
I agree and don't think the managers should be the ones providing the funds.
However, I think they should get in contact with the runners behind and encourage them to step foreward and honor all outstanding payments.
After all I (for myself) think this is a task included in the responsibilities of a campaign manager.
Right. Part of managing the campaign would involve informing both participants and the owners of the company when there is an indication that the escrow is likely not going to honor payments.

I am surprised that the owner of the websites/companies that the sig campaigns were advertising for have not made any kind of announcement saying they will cover payouts as they are responsible for their participants getting paid at the end of the day.
I advised mexxer contacting the owner of e-coin to ensure exactly this and I commented in yahoos "I'm desperate, what to do" thread with a similar advise (which seems to have been burried under the other replies).
At the end of the day, this shouldn't been dealt with on costs of the participants.

Looks like the problem with the campaigns managed by yahoo (obits and Coinbet24) goes deeper than that.
He's asking for donations to honor the outstanding payouts from his campaigns.

I'd either add the warning asterisk for those campaigns:

or remove them completely:

Goodbye, Z.
Both E-Coin campaigns have been stopped immediately due to the master-p obscurities.

I apologize for the bad news , but the escrow for the campaign , i.e master-p seems to have "exit-scammed"[1]. As he was the only person who had access to the campaign funds, I'm sorry to say that the campaign will be discontinuing with no payments for the last period.

E-coin removed:

I'd also suggest setting the escrow-status of the other two campaigns master-p escrowed for to N until this is sorted out.

E-coin removed, obits and bvc changed to "N":

No I dont escrow anymore.
Could you update Bit★Starz.com Signature Campaign link to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1274044? They creates a new thread to enroll members in the beginning of  every month.
I know they do and it's starting to piss me off. There is no reason at all to create a new thread each month. It's an unnecessary hassle.

Hi Mitchell, I think the data on the CryptoGames.net campaign are incorrect. You state that they have a payout for the Member rank (at BTC0.0003), however the campaign thread doesn't list a payout for the Member rank.

Here's the link to their campaign thread for you to verify: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/crypto-gamesnet-signature-campaign-senior-legendaryfull-1082477

Thanks.

Go figure! | I'm nearing 1337 posts...
One small fix: the Coinbet24 campaign offers 0.045BTC for both legendary and hero members, and then offers 0.04BTC to Sr. Members.

Secondstrade will have 35 max posts/week after the next payout, please update

Source -> https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.13333984

1) Betcoin.tm campaign is paying 3 weeks(hero) and 2 weeks(Sr.) pay in advance, would that mean the campaign will be moved to Active?
2) Yabtcl 1) Is having problems with their site and 2) has no updates about the campaign. Would make sense to put an asterix on them.
3) Human resources has an additional campaign running under a different manager, what will be done about it? Only difference between the two, however , is a rule regarding min. posts in Service section
4) Bit-x is also having some payment issues.

Disclaimer: Personal opinions, as always Mitchell has the last word.

1) No, once they paid all they will be moved
2) Source? I might still do my own research and add an asterix regardless. It would be very helpfull if you could link the relevant posts in the future.

-> HP is reindexing ( https://yabtcl.com/signatureCampaign.aspx )

-snip-
Looks like the Bitcoin Core finally will finish the re-index today (unfreaking believable the time it took). We will bring the site online as soon it finishes.
We plan to post the details of our weekly campaign tomorrow.
-snip-

Added no asterix for now. If they did not fix this by tomorrow, let us know.

3) They already have two campaigns listed, did they create a 3rd? If so, link? It should be added.

Looks like they have 3 now.

#1 by substrata (moved to archival) -> https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/moved-human-resources-fixed-rate-signature-campaign-up-to-024-btc-a-month-1305802
#2 by SFR10 -> https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/full-humanresources-signature-campaign-fixed-rate-full-1305559 (newly added)
#3 by Gianluca95 -> https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/humanresourcesi2pxyz-high-paying-signature-campaign-pay-per-post-016m-1302585 (took over from substrata)
#4 by Robertt -> https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/humanresourcesi2pxyz-high-paying-signature-campaign-pay-per-post-016m-1302585 (was already added)

I added the managers name to the detailed version and their first letter to the short version. I was constantly losing track without this.

4) Source?

"Away until the 30th, with limited internet." - not sure what you guys are not getting from that statement on Marco's signature?

Added asterix and wrote a PM to marco asking for a PM once he cleared the issue.
