Can you prove that you are from the United States and that you run a licensed real estate investment company, or do you want to give promises of getting rich quickly to people without having the slightest knowledge of investing?

He called himself a property whale but he cannot show the location of his office or his credentials on Linkedin or platforms exclusively for whales in an industry, I bet when he planned to open his ideas here he thought there would be millions of dollars pouring in his pockets, and praising his ideas.

Now the world is kind of recression and Crisis but it doesn't stay like this.
Sooner or later fed will cut the rates and markets will turn back to bull run.
When i look at the options /futures of btc /gold i see until 2028 bull run. (Needless to say i have economics and financial background)
Needless to say USA will import inflation out of USA thanks Crisis in the other countries so they don't care about inflation they can still print money again.
About ECONOMY - Needless to say the new project midas yield will use the DEFI to rebalance debt ( Im expecting aave/uni biggest bull run over the years )
Now the property prices are cheapest it's best time to invest.
So let's collect money to buy to lease i have also partners who could do long term rent contracts also i have plan to launch new reality show "Kardashian style "so it will make huge profit trhough our partners.

I've seen old scam ICO's that leveraged this concept. None turned out to be legit to my knowledge.
Its true, there were bunch of ICOs with similar idea and to my knowledge all indeed turned out to be a scam but there is one legit project that is doing something similar to what OP plans to do and its called RealT.

Similar to OP plan, RealT buys property and for each they issue new token that is connected specifically to that real estate and then they rent the property so owners of the shares get the profit (its usually ~10% per year). Few of my friends are investing there for years and so far they have been very satisfiied with it.


And as Im crypto person the project i'll do it is my USD stablecoins backed by btc on reserve.
So people in NYC Manhattan use for rent new stablecoins i'll use the fastest blockchain and i'll get the cash machines vendors aswell to make their cash machines connected with my stablecoins but that's the later plans first i'll accumulate all the properties in NYC the most valueble ones.

1 Europe eastern Europe so english is not my first language.
2.because i do know about finances and that's why i accidently know about real estate there.
3.thats good idea but building the new takes a lot more money and it can't be in NYC for start then the location got be in the new where is cheaper to build...but before the war and bigger economic crisis in some locations in the world i don't want to get into building.
Overall despite all the world situation the nyc feels safe.

You calling on investors to invest in your project when you have nothing at hand to show forth. People are wise these days and would not easily give in to this scope. I think you better start up something to show forth becoming calling on investors so that you would have something to present when the need arises as no one would like to sink their funds just for nothing.

I  would not have to deal with you directly if I am to invest but rather would prefer to choose an escrow for the deal if I am interested. I think escrow from this platform would make more sense than giving you a penny till it is fully confirmed that your investment plan is legit and recognised by the government or rather licenced as the case maybe.
Lastly, this is not the issue of being learned or not some giant Investors were not learned when they got to the peak of their status while some that were learned are the spare headers of scams, Ponzi schemes and failed projects.

Do you think investors after reading this would be convinced by your phone call talk?  Who do you think would read this finish and would decide to put such an amount of money under your custody with no proper verification and you would just be at your comfort zone calling people to buy property and shares as you have spoken.

It would be better you come up with a more convincing and meaningful  approach to this business of yours otherwise you would be left to your own fate.
