Propy had participated in the campaign, but unfortunately, it wasn't finished yet, at that time in social media and finally, there were no results. At that time Atlant wanted to join but was not sure, it turned out to have good development in 2017. But the current value is alarming and it seems that it must be patient to have high values.

Of all the tokens that have real estate platforms, try to mention which ones can be successful and have very high prices for now? nothing seems to be very expensive, that means the image of real estate for ico is no longer good and often fails, I'd better choose ico which has an infrastructure platform or exchange that can currently have high demand and make ico prices become has a fairly high sale value.

To be honest, most of the real estate blockchain projects have not yet lived up to the expectations, i was expecting real working and succesful platforms and business models from propy, atlant and Real but all of them are taking so long time to get up, i hope they will be in business fully by the end of Q2 2018.

You're right, investors are not happy with those investments. I think Propy over ICO price in term of USD.

I would add to this list xyo.network. This is a good real promising project. You can see my signature. However, before you invest very carefully, study everything.

Projects that deal with real estate are likely to be very popular in a few years, as soon as our states still understand what a blockchain is and how to use it, and in the end I think that they will definitely be able to and should switch to blockchain registration of property rights.

How many of these projects actually invest their ICO funds into real estate?  Seems like most of them are "platforms" yet they are raising millions of dollars.  If the money was invested in physical assets this would be reasonable (even relatively small) however developing a top end platform should only cost a fraction of what they are taking.  What are they really doing with the money?
Pocketing a lot of it. Spending most of the rest of it on moonshoot all-encompassing platforms that are doomed for failure instead of focusing on a specialty that would facilitate development of an MVP, then actual investment in RE.

Now a lot of projects that offer to solve or promote transactions with real estate, it seems to me that such operations in general will not be superfluous, because now there are a lot of questions about exactly what and how to solve today in the real estate markets.

it's true. there a lot of problems circling around real estate, too many middlemen if you buy in other countries, fragmentation of data, and others . Tho, i had looked up with Aqwire project, it aims to solve this problems.

Did you forget Propy?

REAL and Propy look to be leaders in the space right now.

Can you post ann topic or website link for Propy?

Found it. It's added.

Great list. Thank you. Lots of ICOs in this space, but little real progress. Has anyone actually tokenized a piece of real estate yet?

Great thread! When we started our project at the start of 2017 we had a lot of people tell us that ICO's are not for real estate.  I think your list proves otherwise Grin  At that time REIDAO was really the only site mentioning tokenization (apart from a white paper from MIT) and now there are a bunch.  I think you should add them to your list.  REIDAO - https://reidao.io/ (they have a new project https://crowdvilla.io/)

I've been following those guys for a long time.
As I remember they were planning ICO for REIDAO but they passed it for now for legal issues and now focused on Crowdvilla.
Will be interesting to watch...

REIDAEO/Crowdvilla is currently doing an airdrop, you can join here

Thank you, I checked.
Will Crowdvilla team will announce some experienced advisors beside real estate involved professionals?
Or it'll be just tokenized buiness, not much of technical side?

Hello, Aleksandr from The Renteum Project here.

I've used some of the information about crypto real-estate projects compiled here to make a competetion comparision between them and The Renteum Project.

Thank you for your hard work in compiling this throughout list!

I guess this is of interest to the readers of this thread:
https://medium.com/@tradersnow/how-i-sold-5-acres-of-land-using-bitbays-trustless-smart-contracts-28f18b83125
To my knowledge that is the first time ever that land has been sold using a smart contract. Completely eliminating middleman.

BenchCoin: A Digital Student Property Enterprise

BenchCoin is pioneering the first dual-purpose token for the student property market, built on the Ethereum blockchain.  Our platform will provide affordable access to stable real estate backed cryptocurrencies with underlying assets offering built-in downside protection.

Our goal is to develop a real estate crowdfunding and tokenisation platform focused on the need for digitisation in the student housing market.  Properties will be fractionalised into custom crypto-tokens with each property represented by its own custom token.  Tokens will be placed on a decentralised P2P exchange where they can be traded freely amongst investors.

Pre-ICO launching soon on KICKICO - https://www.kickico.com/campaigns/41743/benchcoin-student-property-token

A real estate backed cryptocurrency I have been very interested in lately is Propthereum.io. They are an asset backed cryptocurrency on the blockchain expcting a 1566% coin appreciation in a short period of time. Proceeds raised from their ICO will be used to purchase A-grade property worldwide. This property will generate a rental income and underlying value for the PTC token holder. The great thing about the concept is that the coin will always increase in value.
