you are right this has been asked how many times before with almost same pattern yet still interesting to tackle because not all gamblers got to put their reasons on the past threads.

but of course almost all the answers are the same and so am I,that i gamble because of looking for fun and adrenaline specially when we are winning and the feeling is very intent.

How knowing everybody's reason why they gamble will help us a lot? For us to stop? For us to pursue our gambling goals? For us to be inspired?

Gamblers have different purposes nor goals for why they gambled. I don't see how's their purpose why they do that will act as a thing that can help anybody.

Like you, why do you gamble? Is your reason can change other people's views about gambling?

Our decision to stop can only be affected by the negative experience of other participants. And this negative experience should be really so sad to discourage other players from gambling.

Till the time you gamble to double your money with your extra spare money it is totally fine as even if you lose out you are still able to manage your daily stuff. But ensure you do not get away so much that you cannot live without gambling in future.

Totally at first I playing gambling for enjoyment and entertainment and of course also hoping to double my money and become rich with the use of gambling but that's not what happened because it becomes opposite, I become addicted without realizing and the worst I lose too much money and face so many regrets.

Till the time you gamble to double your money with your extra spare money it is totally fine as even if you lose out you are still able to manage your daily stuff. But ensure you do not get away so much that you cannot live without gambling in future.

Why do I gamble? yes because i like it.
Why not invest it? I do not really like investing because I just sit and be quiet without doing anything, this makes me bored, well even though investment is much safer, gambling makes me have many challenges and experiences.
Why not donate it? too stupid to donate all the money I have, I donate only a portion

That's fortunate of you, since most gamblers become addicted when they don't have a job to spend their time. I also do bounty hunting before but I do not spend too much in gambling even if I received lots of money from it since I have to spend it in the needs of my family.

For the first time I heard about gambling I just curious how it works because many people are rich now because just playing games and cards, then I found out that it was true that gambling is just a game with full of fun, but they play with a thrill only using money as a wage. When I already play I card game in a gambling house, I already won because I mastered the card game; after that day, I won for over 50 dollars, and that was profitable, and at the same time, it was entertaining with risk. That money gives to my parents too as a help to my family to spend on our daily expenses. On the next day, I play again, but the luck is not with me, then I lose just over 10 dollars not quite bad than risking all of my earnings in just a game. Still, I enjoy the game.

actually what makes us happy in gambling is we can win it, I don't believe people have fun if they lose a lot of money from gambling, but of course, it all depends on where you get money to gamble because this is the point. You can not have fun in gambling by using money such as by borrowing money, or from the salary. this will certainly make us angry when lost. but another story when you get free money, then you try gambling and when you lose, you will not be angry because it is not money from our hard work.

I also see it as entertainment where I can relive my stress. I do not see it as profession because I'm not into gambling where my emotions and my mindset are not suitable for it. Trading is more suitable for me and I allocate more time in trading than in gambling.

If that's the case, you must have just gambled once, and then stopped? After all, you would have experienced how it felt, so why continue in that case?

Personally, nowadays I gamble for the thrill of it. I used to gamble for profit back in my late teens and early twenties, but now I am semi-retired from Poker and instead just play for fun at local games or low stakes tables.

Yeah it's a good pleasure if no funds involved with it, but I don't think having no money investments on gambling would be appreciated. However, enjoying it with lucky profit is quite exciting while performing the activity. Many reasons could come if you're choosing gambling as mode of entertainment, but what I believed that people expected their money to be doubled or tripled if they risk for lucky bets.

I think money is important because he has priorities that must be filled first. It's a good thing that he already quit gamble 'cause we don't have an assurance that we'll always win in gambling. For me, gambling is just entertainment and I think that's the only reason you can say if you wanted to gamble. If you gamble because of profit, then it's wrong, not all of the time you can win and it might be a waste for you if you didn't control yourself.

-I gamble for fun
-Investment money is different to those funds which are just intended for entertainment purpose.-

-Most people would play if they are bored and seeking for entertainment or enjoyment is just a normal thing to be done
and hoping for big wins? Its just a bonus but people are going too overboard thats why they do experience unfortunate scenarios.
