I would really like it if more serious bounty campaigns started paying in ethereum.
So far have most bounties who have offered such, unfortunately scam.
Hopefully there will soon be a reputable ico/bounty paying in eth.

There are many ICO projects or bounties in the crypto market those who offer free crypto coins like bitcoins or Ethereum. But most of them are fake. So, it is safe to keep a distance from those fake bounties.

With the increase of the popularity of crypto coins like bitcoin or Ethereum, there are many fake bounties in the current crypto market. They want you to invest in their project to make a cheat with you. So, you have to find the right one.

Unfortunately there are very few campaigns that pays in Bitcoin or Ethereum and normally the payment is not big...
Signature campaign that pays in Bitcoin have different payment schedules it ranges from daily to monthly depending on how the managers want to run the campaign. Almost every bounty campaign pays a lot because they only pay everyone after the campaign ends and these campaigns lasts for months so it's expected that you'll get a nice payout from bounties that pays in tokens.

there are many campaigns that make reward payments using ethereum, I think that is part of the team's plan so that when the coins are marketed it won't fall in if the participants are paid by eth.
Can you link some of these campaigns? Most campaign that I see in the bounties section pays with their own token except for konios.

i have ever seen some bounty campaign credit their participant with etherium rather than they token itself, but nowadays im never seen again some bounty with etherium paying reward.
Check the earlier replies you'll see a couple of campaign that pays in Ether.

Hello, do you know about some recent bounty campaign which pays bounty hunters in Ethers?
It seems to be more profitable to receive Ethers than tokens in these bad days, market is crashing and people are selling everything.
I haven't heard yet having pay eth through bounties, but If there Is such a thing, then for sure It will easily being full where as the advantage of we bounty hunters to earn money for sure and make us more confidence to support In such an ICO  projects.

Giving Ethereum as a reward won't be as beneficial to the venture group contrasted with the abundance members. Where will they get the ETH to pay the abundance seekers on the off chance?

Giving Ethereum as a reward won't be as productive to the task group contrasted with the abundance members. I trust that the principal goal of bounties is to convey the tokens while they get commercials as trade while attempting to crowdfund the venture.

On contrary, distributing tokens to bounty participants is a wise move to get an active community to trade the tokens as a start. The more tokens they release to bounty hunters, then the higher the volume it will get once it hits the exchanges.

Giving Ethereum as a reward will not be as profitable to the project team compared to the bounty participants. I believe that the main objective of bounties is to distribute the tokens while they get advertisements as exchange while trying to crowdfund the project. Where will they get the ETH to pay the bounty hunters if they are hosting an ICO to gather funds in the first place? Unless they will pay ETH at the end of the ICO which is reasonable.

I just wish bounties atleast have an escrowed fund to cover for the payments in any case that an ICO may fail or if the coin didn't reach it's original ICO value.

I totally agree to this... Getting the community to drive the volume up as at the time of listing is pretty much profitable to the project as they will get some attention and can be added immediately to coinmarketcap.com. Though, as human, I'll still prefer to be paid in ETH as price gets to dump when the coin hit the exchange.

You mean a direct ETH payments , yes its have a sure value of your payments received from a bounty but if you've get paid by token , there's a chance to have a bigger value than the direct ETH .

they are pretty rare, so they are pretty competitive.
Limits get filled up pretty quickly.

Of course, getting paid in eth is more profitable.
But, actually, if you pick your campaigns right, getting paid in the ico's token can be way more profitable.
It is important to look at the ico from a 6 month to year long perspective.
Successful companies will have continued progress even after a year.
Does the bounty you want to do come from an ico that you believe will be around in a year?

when a solid company makes continuous progress and a bull run comes along, profits are insane.
This is when you can hit the 15x to 20x profit.
Because of this, I prefer to be paid in the ico's token rather than ether.

Even though it might look like a good idea, there are slim chances that most of the campaigns will adopt to it. The possibility is high that they wont. A very few campaigns are actually inclined towards ETH instead of tokens.

IMHO, it is much more convenient for me to receive payments in ETH, but there are a few problems. Firstly, many people immediately come to such campaigns, so you need to be in time. Secondly, it often gives a much smaller profit.

yes you are right, payment using ether is very profitable right now because the market is experiencing instability, but unfortunately those who pay using ether or BTC will only receive a minimum of sr member Cry

Payment in ETH is a good idea, but very few projects will like to pay their bounty hunters in ETH rather than their tokens. I recently saw a project that was paying in ETH, at least there were transaction hashs posted on the thread to confirm payment. If this can be adopted by every ICO, then bounty hunters will be the better for it.
Only a few ICOs consider paying their bounty participants with ether but it is really a good idea with such because you don't have to worry anymore for bounty hunters dumping their bounty tokens after the project had hit the exchange.

Aside the few that involve  high ranking or senior members for signature campaign, most of the Ethereum paying bounties are likely to be scams, I have been a victim of such

yes, if anyone using ethereum payment is obviously very profitable and we can measure how much income from this job, instead of running to work on a project with a fake ICO it is only a waste of time

This does seem like a good idea. Sadly only a handful number of projects will do this, i.e. payments in ETH instead of tokens. The only known one is metahash bounty which pays in ETH.

Switching from tokens to coins is a good idea. It is a more viable form and given the condition of the market, it might be a good turn of events too.
