OP should explain in detail what is meant by real cryptocurrency casino he means, people get confused how to find the casino he is looking for properly, at least OP also gives the casino site he plays as an example, OP is looking for offchain or onchain casino sites, information the details will certainly help
OP already explained what he meant......twice actually

By "real" crypto casinos, I mean online casinos that operate exclusively using bitcoin (and other cryptocurrencies), rather than just allowing players to make deposits and withdrawals using cryptocurrencies.

....
Actually, I'm not just interested in on-chain games, although those do fit the description. I'm interested in casinos that allow me to deposit and withdraw using cryptocurrency (such as BTC) without converting it to fiat currency. In other words, I want to be able to keep my entire bankroll in BTC (or other supported cryptocurrencies) while using the casino...
I think the OP can see a lot of casino reputation and has an active discussion thread in this forum, for example the Stake site or some other casino, actually what we recommend is also not necessarily suitable by the OP but I think playing at Stake is better enough as an opinion my personal

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a list of real cryptocurrency casinos. (My search through the forum posts from the last couple of years didn't yield any results for such a list.) By "real" crypto casinos, I mean online casinos that operate exclusively using bitcoin (and other cryptocurrencies), rather than just allowing players to make deposits and withdrawals using cryptocurrencies. Does anyone have any recommendations or know of any good ones to check out?

<...>

Well, you can just use the search and see, for example, reviews of crypto casinos here, there is a fairly large list, but there is a review for each and of course requires verification, there are also some crypto casinos mentioned above, but it seems to me that it can help you in choosing https://cryptocasinos360.com

Since nobody has yet mentioned it, check BK8.

They only support BTC, ETH and USDT while also supports other fiat methods.

For more details, it's on their announcement thread: BK8.
I can say for sure that BK8 is not the type of casino Op is asking about, BK8 as I know was not formally a cryptocurrency casino, they were fiat based, it was much later that they started accepting cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals.
And OP said it clearly in his post that he was not referring to casinos that just allow user to deposit and withdraw in crypto.

I am also confused though, but ive tried reading some previous comments to see if I could really understand what the OP is looking for, and from what I've found, I think he is looking for a casino that is built solely for bitcoiners, that does not have any form of support for fiat, a casino where 1 BTC balance is displayed as 1 BTC in the bankroll, and when gambling, players place their bet in the actual BTC rather than placing bet in the usd value of the BTC.

THis is what i understand so far, i could be wrong anyway.

There are lot of options available to you but I would recommend that you go with the options of casino having ANN thread on forum and members have suggested to you instead of trying some out of scope casino in hope of getting exciting rewards as there are many scams as well. You can see my signature casino as well to be on the list for what you are looking for and try others as well but see what fits your gambling goal and then deposit money to play.

If we do talk about real web3 or totally decentralized casinos then they wont really be asking something that it do connects or pertains about KYc which if ever one of them do make out some
claims but still ends up on having the possibility on asking some verification then it is really that completely opposite on what they are claiming.
You'll never know, although it's not a casino that I've seen before. It's a decentralized exchange but eventually has asked customers with KYC. So, if it's about web3 or decentralized casinos, you'll never know if soon they'll also the same compliance.

I was about asking, what's the difference between a real bitcoin and other cryptocurrency casino and a Casino that allow users to deposit  and withdraw in crypto - pretty the same if you ask me.

But from your second paragraph, it seems you are asking about casino where a user wouldn't have to register to play, I want to understand if the casino you mean is like a decentralized casino where users would have to connect their non-custodial wallet to the casino to play, or are there other type of casinos that are available that doesn't require wallet connection and also doesn't require registration.
I am really curious to know, answer/wit a bit of explanation would be greatly appreciated.
This! Bitcoin is also a crypto. Maybe it will be more valid if he says blockchain-based casinos since they can differ a little to the usual crypto casinos that we see around these days. A real crypto casino can also mean a casino that only accepts cryptos. They don't have stable coins, they don't have third-party payment providers which accepts non-crypto deposits.

You are right there, decentralized gambling sites or also called as web3 casinos are plug-and-play. They don't have these sign up process which takes time but I heard that some of them are not exempted to KYC verifications, so we should wary if our goal is to play gambling anonymously.

dex or not but most of the time these platforms or businesses are centralized ones which means that they do really abide some law and regulations
which is really that very common.

Thank you for all the recommendations. These are exactly the types of suggestions I was looking for in response to my question. I will definitely check out all of these casinos and add them to my list.

<...>
it would be best for him to just mention the gambling sites he is playing at so people could have an idea what exactly he is talking about.

Why not list the very casinos you've been playing on so we can know where possibly you've been playing so we can also know what to suggest for you.

Everyone can easily check the previous posts in this thread to avoid mentioning casinos that have already been mentioned.

Maybe you need to rephrase question and say that you are looking for casino that doesn't accept any fait deposits and withdrawal, if that is what you are looking for.

I'm only interested in using a casino that allows me to play with cryptocurrencies in their native form, rather than converting them into an internal fiat currency. The availability of fiat deposits and withdrawals is not a major concern for me.

You should take a look at BTCGOSU:

https://www.btcgosu.com/

Thank you for your suggestion. While I'm aware of btcgosu, I am not familiar with the criteria they use to rank casinos. So, I would prefer direct recommendations from respected members of this forum.

Yes, that's right, but what the OP is asking is an online casino that can directly connect directly to crypto wallets and use all crypto tokens even Bitcoin.<...>

No, that's not what I was asking. I have already explained it in previous messages.

Wouldn't the list you want include nearly every casino that has an announcement thread in this section?

Stake.com
Bitsler.com
Gamdom.com
500casino
and nearly every other casino in this section.
this is what I thought too, but I have a feeling OP is talking about something different. AbuBhakar mentioned on-chain games, which could be the one OP is looking for but if not, it would be best for him to just mention the gambling sites he is playing at so people could have an idea what exactly he is talking about.

I have a few that I play regularly that I don't want to mention here, but I'm always on the lookout for new options that are worth exploring. Unfortunately, it seems like most casinos require registration before you can take a look around inside.

You mentioned exclusivity through deposit and using only one Cryptocurrency you don't need to register to take a look around everything is on their FAQ, about page and how it works you just have to check that out to find out if it's the casino you're looking for. I once come across that kind of casino I just forgot the name, but you can hardly find that kind of casino because all casinos utilize all the popular Cryptocurrencies not just one unless they are using web 3.0 where you have to connect your wallet before you can play, which is something many players ignore or don't want to use.

It's better to mention those few casinos that you have I'm sure one of the readers will be interested in that kind of casino too.

I'm a bit confused about suggesting a casino name because it seems like you have experience playing in many casinos and maybe haven't found the one you want.

But if you want a casino that doesn't convert your BTC into Fiat, maybe you can play gambling at Freebitco.in because, on that site, you can use your BTC without converting it to Fiat. Or maybe I'm wrong because you've tried playing there and had an unsatisfactory experience. But usually, casinos now convert BTC automatically to Fiat following requests from gamblers. Or you can visit BitCasino because I see some gambling games that don't convert BTC to Fiat.

I experienced this on winz.io you can make a deposit with BTC and all your bets are also fixed in BTC units, this casino won't convert them to USD or UER, but I played there last year and maybe around the middle of the year so it's been 6 months more and if I'm not mistaken they have updated the units of betting currencies but don't know the details whether players can choose to stay with crypto units or will it automatically become USD or UER, because I haven't played there in a long time.
Whether the casino is recommended is up to you. If you really don't like KYC then you should think again.

The only casino I am going to recommend unless something changes in the future is Sportsbet.io. It has a sportsbook, slots, table games, and live casino games. So no matter if you want to gamble on sports or play games, you will find what you are looking for on Sportsbet.

Deposits using Bitcoin are instant, so you get your money into your account even before there is an on-chain confirmation. The coins don't get converted into fiat, and you wager in mBTCs. I would be careful experimenting with new sites despite what anyone says. Stick with what's been around for years and has established a reputation. It's like if a new BTC wallet comes out. Are you going to abandon Electrum or Bitcoin Core to try out something new? I know that I wouldn't.

There are just too many crypto casinos that you can try if the main idea is just about keeping your balance as what you deposit. I'll start with Stake, Primedice, Fortunejack, Coinroyale, Chips.gg, Bitsler, Crypto.games, Betcoin, BC.game, betfury, jacksclub, vipgame, and many others. Basically the number of casinos that convert user's deposit into fiat currency is not much compared to those casinos that keep the balance as what is deposited by users.

What do you mean by online crypto casinos that can be directly connected to crypto wallets like wallets without having to make deposits and save your money in the casino wallet first.
If that's what you mean, I don't think any online casino can directly link to a separate crypto wallet nor have I ever come across one like that.
Of all the online casinos that I know of and have encountered, all must register for an account and make a deposit first if you want to play and bet in it.
However, if there is a casino like that, will you trust and believe that the security of the crypto assets in your wallet will be safe and protected from theft or hacking?

There are dapps casinos like what he means but they are not for BTC, they use altcoins either on ETH or TRON which users can use a browser extension wallet to bet. This had been asked before and I think because as a BTC user, I also don't want to deposit from my BTC wallet.

Here are few:
betswap.gg which is in beta.
degens.com maybe you have heard of this also
Hunnyplay casino we see this campaigning in bitcointalk
Yes, that's right, but what the OP is asking is an online casino that can directly connect directly to crypto wallets and use all crypto tokens even Bitcoin.
That's why I also asked the OP if he would trust me so much with an online casino if connecting directly to a Bitcoin wallet, After all bitcoin is the most valuable crypto asset for its keepers especially if the amount is large enough.
If something unexpected happens, such as hacking and scammers, someone will lose all their Bitcoins just because they want to bet without having to make a deposit.
So if you really have to make a deposit, we will do this for the sake of safety and comfort for ourselves.

Not sure if this count but maybe you could check out the original crash game: https://www.bustabit.com/
Not only they accepts Bitcoin and won't let you convert it but the UI from before is still the same. This is one of the best casino I can recommend if you are referring to this, or are you referring to a live casino but your balance should be in Bitcoin? as I'm afraid that's not possible.

It seems to me that you did not read or understand my post. That's not what I'm looking for.

If that's what you mean, I don't think any online casino can directly link to a separate crypto wallet nor have I ever come across one like that.

These would be Web3 casinos that are based on blockchain technology and digital tokens? No, that's not what I meant.

Wouldn't the list you want include nearly every casino that has an announcement thread in this section?
<...>

I think those are good suggestions. I'll check them out. But I disagree with "nearly every casino". A number of casinos I've looked at so far actually convert BTC to fiat and vice versa.
