You should take a look at BTCGOSU:

https://www.btcgosu.com/

On that site you will find the list of all the crypto casinos and reviews from the site and from users, it's one of the most complete lists of crypto sites and you can find the best promotions too. You can use different tools to filter casinos by trust, promotions, and by ranking. So, I'm almost sure that's what you are looking for.

I am looking for a list of real cryptocurrency casinos. (My search through the forum posts from the last couple of years didn't yield any results for such a list.) By "real" crypto casinos, I mean online casinos that operate exclusively using bitcoin (and other cryptocurrencies), rather than just allowing players to make deposits and withdrawals using cryptocurrencies. Does anyone have any recommendations or know of any good ones to check out?
Maybe you need to rephrase question and say that you are looking for casino that doesn't accept any fait deposits and withdrawal, if that is what you are looking for.
This would be poor choice for any gambling website, by doing that they would cut off big parts of profit for people who use different payment options.
I know that Sportsbet is based around Bitcoin but they have other payment options, but I saw there are some new simple gambling websites that only accept BTC.
Don't expect to find wide range of games and betting markets on websites like this.
^This is definitely right, you can't see a wide range of games if a casino only accepts BTC, payment options considering a large slice of pizza in the casino which gamblers prefer to have different options, as of now gambling casinos also accept different payments method not only BTC even though that is a crypto gambling casino. I don't have any to recommend because based on my search, it accept also other cryptocurrencies like altcoins.
Otherwise, it accepts also fiat through bank or debit card so I don't see such a casino that only focuses on BTC.

Why not list the very casinos you've been playing on so we can know where possibly you've been playing so we can also know what to suggest for you.
Meanwhile there lots of casinos that accept mostly cryptocurrency and also Bitcoin but currently now, there are alot of reguly surrounding the gambling industries which I think you know and how hard most of these casinos are trying their best to qeue into while also trying to dance to the time of their customers.
Are are casinos as duelbit and some other very reliable casinos over here and you can also check the reputation board to get more trusted list.

Wouldn't the list you want include nearly every casino that has an announcement thread in this section?

Stake.com
Bitsler.com
Gamdom.com
500casino
and nearly every other casino in this section.
this is what I thought too, but I have a feeling OP is talking about something different. AbuBhakar mentioned on-chain games, which could be the one OP is looking for but if not, it would be best for him to just mention the gambling sites he is playing at so people could have an idea what exactly he is talking about.

For obvious reasons, as you are very active here, i will assume that you already know these casinos who have signature campaigns here so there's no need to mention them including my signature (Coinplay). Upon checking google I found this site/blog[1] list of casinos who are accepting bitcoin, there are lot of them including those who have good and bad reputation in this forum. But i found these list below as worth mentioning for this "real" crypto casinos you are looking

Never tried duckdice, but both of them have ANN thread here.

Hello everyone,

I have a few that I play regularly that I don't want to mention here, but I'm always on the lookout for new options that are worth exploring. Unfortunately, it seems like most casinos require registration before you can take a look around inside.

Thanks in advance for your help!

What do you mean by online crypto casinos that can be directly connected to crypto wallets like wallets without having to make deposits and save your money in the casino wallet first.
If that's what you mean, I don't think any online casino can directly link to a separate crypto wallet nor have I ever come across one like that.
Of all the online casinos that I know of and have encountered, all must register for an account and make a deposit first if you want to play and bet in it.
However, if there is a casino like that, will you trust and believe that the security of the crypto assets in your wallet will be safe and protected from theft or hacking?

There are dapps casinos like what he means but they are not for BTC, they use altcoins either on ETH or TRON which users can use a browser extension wallet to bet. This had been asked before and I think because as a BTC user, I also don't want to deposit from my BTC wallet.

Here are few:
betswap.gg which is in beta.
degens.com maybe you have heard of this also
Hunnyplay casino we see this campaigning in bitcointalk

You can find an overview of signature campaigns here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/overview-of-bitcointalk-signature-ad-campaigns-last-update-01-jan-23-615953

There are a lot of sites that advertise through the forum and have fairly good relationships with it (ie having support threads and multiple representatives to answer queries). If you've exhausted searching for a reputable casino in search engines it might be a good place to start.

Make sure you do good research before picking one though (1xbit is a scam and there may be others - especially newer ones) but most of these don't have support and discussion threads on the forum too so that might be one good way of determining if they're reputable or not (as well as checking their trust list) and that a site with one of those threads doesn't have a self moderated warning just above the op.

By "just allowing deposits and withdrawals using cryptocurrencies", you mean all transactions including the bets are recorded through the cryptocurrency blockchain? I've read something about that recently, but I cannot recall their name. If I remember it correctly, they are planning/ currently online wherein your crypto wallet is directly connected to the casino's system that is entirely crypto based.
I hope you find what you are looking for. Please share if you do Cheesy

To be clear are you looking for on-chain games right?

I recently found this casino https://decision.casino/ when I view the services section. They are offering all automated games and based on blockchain. If this kind of casino is what you are looking for then I can help you to find more but most of them is same like this that is not reputable because they are not popular to be tested.

The other one is this https://play.zkasino.io/ but still on testnet but this casino is really   promising because it embodies the true decentralized casino.
