I got my 20955 RBR from the airdrop. I'm buying and holding this for a while, great things are coming for this project.
When you plan to enter coins on other exchanges? Is there a schedule?

Already did all of these. The problem is, that my airdrop address is empty, because they didn't send me coins.

the coin of my brother in the blockchain they are still in the wallet assigned on

and there they are. probably

but on the blockchain nothing and i can't make send
so there is really a problem

i have seen changing the page of the registration but i
didn't think the actual thing was stopped ...
hoping it will resume some time.
i tried in any way , registering with the cloud
and confirming the mail , the wallet file is decoded but no airdrop
i did several test and if the password is not ok
will make a pop up say that the password isn't correct,
so i remember correctly my password, but no airdrop is in my wallet
even importing it correctly ...
or everything was stolen ?

check if you don't have empty Ribbit.Wallet?(open your Ribbit.Wallet in notepad see if there's any text inside)if it's empty bad luck. 
It isn't empty. It was created on 19.11.2014, but don't know why coins are not there.

And premined coins they say premined 400.000.000 they gave to users who participating the free and paid airdrop.
For me I not see any scam system!
