The problem is your comments are just like many of the constant other examples of people who have disagreements with me in Politics & Society. Often they are the very same ones that let that emotion bleed into general forum conduct and abuse the various systems in anyway possible to play sad little games for having the audacity of not agreeing. I doubt that some of you can even separate the two issues. I don't care who is a Communist, as long as the Communist is treated the same as I am according to forum rules and policy. I have found many times that is not the case. I don't care if people disagree with me (clearly), what I care about is people taking that ill will from having open discussions on controversial subjects and abusing the forum's systems to "fight" ideas they don't like in another way.

That's hilarious. When's the last time you were civil to a "communist"? You care very deeply if people disagree with you to the point where you have to insult them over their beliefs if they don't align with yours. That's the problem. You can't just let a disagreement slide. TwitchySeal, for instance, has been extremely civil toward you and humble in his approach to dealing with you, and you in turn have been a massive dick.

Who said anything about being civil? What does being "civil" mean? You get to define this of course. Again, thanks for making a great example of users not being able to separate their personal feelings from general forum conduct. I am not demanding anything, certainly not perfection. All I am doing is documenting publicly these interactions for review. You would be surprised how often the "universe" reacts some times to mere words alone.

How exactly does that make logical sense? If I cared that people disagreed with me I would act like you and tell the default trust list to line up so I can wash their balls for them. I am saying what I say at the expense of people like you following me around everywhere else on the forum because you can't handle that I "was a dick to you" in Politics and Society. Your disagreement isn't the problem, its your inability to isolate it from the rest of the forum's functions. Speaking of forum policy and enforcement, seems to me mods deleting posts falls firmly under that description.

I think it's possible that he either A) Doesn't realize how aggressive (often passive aggressive) his posts are perceived by most or, more likely, B) Perceives any post that challenge something he said as a direct attack on his intelligence and/or honor. He seems to consider his own opinions facts. Therefore other peoples opinions must be 'wrong', and he must prove them wrong, otherwise it will appear that he is wrong.
Or he might be just a troll I guess. But I think B or A is much more likely.

I would have to conclude then if you don't like interacting with me in Politics and Society, the fact that you engage me is your own fault. I can't wipe those crocodile tears for you.
