Matt posted somewhere why the refunds slowed down, just can't find it but I'll post it here. A combination of things caused it, Inside Bitcoin in New York + changing banks + Microcenter

Refunds should resume today.

I got an email from Matt on March 14 that my order for 12 shares had been canceled and a cheque would be going out.

I still have not received a check and my emails to [email protected] have been ignored.

Is my money and shares both gone now? Sad

put me back on the list as of yesterday, requested my order 778 5 shares to be refunded.

Still have two orders with DZ, one for R17 another 7 shares and one for R18 - 8 shares.

Waited another week before sending a third email. I still have not heard back from Matt or anyone from DZ Coop about my issue. Anyone willing to look can see my refund address, on all posts in this and the main R17 thread going back to January, has never changed. There still has been no transactions or refund issued for my order. Can someone please look into this or give me some kind of update on the status of my refund?

All,

I requested refund of 12 shares via BTC from Order #1234 via PMs to bobsag3 on 18th and 28th Feb (also logged on the main R17 thread). No response or refund received. Also requested via email to support at minersource.net on 15th March, to be told:

'I am showing these shares as having been previously refunded already.'

I have not received a refund (1B38X8kxy35h8zyKowNTjQWABF1bTUvqpU), and have emailed support at minersource.net to request their record of the refund supposedly given. No response as of now.

I'd appreciate this being looked into, and am hoping there is an honest mistake behind this that can be corrected.

Why are some people getting refunds within one hour of sending an email?

It's been well over a month for me and I've given the requested info over and over again via PM and email without any response. Is there something wrong with my order?

this is most likely. they refunded people with 100 share orders 40 share orders they refunded back over 500 shares so far.
